Nice clean park. Easy access to I-81. No issues and no "squatters" in old RV's. Sites not very level, rain water accumulated at our door and a little traffic noise otherwise would have rated a 10.

This is a well-maintained park with extras like the huge pool with swim-up bar. A lot of thought must have gone into the design of this park but it apparently wasn't done by anyone who ever owned an RV. The sites are very level and not too close together but are simply too short for a motorhome towing a car, or a truck towing a trailer longer than maybe 10 feet. You must unhook even if you have a pull-through site. The concrete interior roads are too narrow; navigating to a site is a squeeze between parked RVs. Even following the kid on the guide golf cart was a challenge. The advertised Wi-Fi didn't work and one of the nice big showers was full of mud. We stopped overnight during Mardi Gras weekend and there were unsupervised children and dogs running everywhere. Driving a decorated golf cart aimlessly around the park with loud music seemed to the thing to do. Many were driven by young kids with no adult on board despite signs that all drivers were supposed to be over 21 years of age. I didn't see a staff member that was over 21. We called for a reservation and when we got there they had never heard of us. They found a spot for us near a loud sewer pump station and it would have better if they hadn't. This park may be a good place to take your kids and let them run loose - not a good place for an overnight stop.

We've been to Truth or Consequences several times and stayed in other parks. This one is the best in town. There is no grass but the park is very clean and well-maintained. The pull-through sites are laid out in an odd fashion but there's always a friendly guide on a golf cart to help you park. The park owner and the office work-campers were also very friendly. The rate posted is for Passport America members. When we are back in the area, this is where we will stay from now on.
