Elkhart Campground, Elkhart, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are spacious grass-covered lots and roads gravel. It's a large park but even though we stayed over July 4 weekend and the park was almost full, the guests were quiet and respectful of each other and the park rules weren't rediculously crazy. Lots of folks came and went but all seemed to go well. We camped at Elkhart Campground in a Motorhome.

Ransom Road RV Park, Aransas Pass, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very neat and clean and has a wonderful clubhouse. Many sites have paved parking for two vehicles or boat and it is located two blocks from marina with boat slips, etc. Management was very helpful and kept a close eye on the place. Our rate reflects a group rally rate. We camped at Ransom Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

Texas Lakeside RV Resort, Port Lavaca, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is a brand new park, very pristine and well thought-out layout. The clubhouse is second to none. The pool and recreation area are sparkling and the owner/managers were extremely helpful. We didn't fish in the lake, but it was handy. Best kept secret in South Texas. We camped at Texas Lakeside RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pinehill Campground, Hazelton, West Virginia

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Access to this campground was a nightmare...very narrow one-lane roads and about 5 miles off the freeway. Mostly full-time residents here with a few pull-throughs for travelers. We camped at Pinehill Campground in a Motorhome.

Timberland Campground, Shelburne, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

There is no cable or Wifi available. Our site (48) backed up to a train track with two very noisy trains daily. The laundry facilities were the worst I've ever used. The dryers would not dry even after adding more and more money. There is only one dumpster at front entry. We camped at Timberland Campground in a Motorhome.
