Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground, Yuma, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Looks like an old KOA that needs some work. This campground has just been sold and the new owners are working hard to improve the campground. Wi-Fi and cable in just part of the campground. The sites were level and all gravel. I will come back again just to see what its like after the new owners fix this place up some as they seem like there trying to make things better. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Whispering River Resort (formerly Misty River Cabins & RV Resort), Walland, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at Misty River last weekend and watch the leaves change and had a great time. The sites are spacious and they are easy to get into and out of. The laundry is large and bathrooms are great! I’ve never seen this set up before in other campgrounds. You get your own bath room! Someone was always there cleaning them every time I walked in. The Wi-Fi and cable both worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will go back we had a great time. We camped at Whispering River Resort (formerly Misty River Cabins & RV Resort) in a Travel Trailer.

Nice owners, its a bit out of the way, but is well worth it. You can walk over to where you want to fish and don't have to drive. We will go back again. We camped at At The Ridge Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
