Grand Casino Hinckley RV Resort, Hinckley, Minnesota

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park and it is what it is, RV casino park and a destination, we traveled 800 miles to get there, mind you we met friends there as well. Staff is friendly, park is clean, sites level and the amenities adequate, cable is a nice touch. One gripe is that the sewer drains are too high makes for a poor dump but for 20 bucks what the heck. Once the trees mature it should be really nice, not really for the kiddos as is what we prefer. Definitely going back. We camped at Grand Casino Hinckley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

You can't go wrong here, they have surely raised the bar on this resort. The staff and RVers alike project the friendly atmosphere created by the owner. The landscaping and services are 2nd to none. Location is perfect and the city offers casinos, quiet beaches and a laid back atmosphere in a secure environment. It's one of those hidden gems; can't wait to get back to this destination. We camped at Majestic Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pine Crest RV Park, Slidell, Louisiana

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Wife and I were disappointed with the park we originally planned on staying in, but happened by this one. A nice park: clean and lots of room to move your big rig around. It is a true RV park and the location is perfect to just about everything. The Wi-Fi could use some work as it's a bit spotty, but the management is working on it. There was no extra charge for 50 amp. We definitely would come back here again We camped at Pine Crest RV Park in a Motorhome.
