We have stayed at this park in the past and have felt there were many improvements needed. We made reservation for 1 week and were told that the park had new owners and we would be happy with the improvements made. We also had to pay cash or check. Upon arrival we were told that their week was 6 days and that we would be paying electricity. Their weekly rate is $150 + elect. We also discovered there had been no improvements. Sites were close and narrow and interior roads were narrow and hard to maneuver. When we questioned the "6 day week" we were told they had called many CG's and were told this was normal policy. We will not be staying here on future visits.

Date of Stay:

This is a small campground with cement pads and full hookups. If you need a long pad be sure to check them all out before picking one. We discovered after parking and hooking up there were longer pads we could have left the tow hooked up. Pay at the restaurant next to the CG. We ate there and the food and service were very good. This is a good spot for a 1 night stay.

This park is a parking lot full of sand and not much else. Sites are not laid out well and some have trees that block slides on motorhomes. The best I can say is that it is easy on/off the interstate.

Date of Stay:

This is a very small park only about 50 miles from Moab. We stayed here because we wanted to drive on Hwy 191 during daylight hours. The owner is not always on site so we just pick a spot and wait for her to get in. Sites are level and have room between. Park has both back in and pull thru sites.

Sites are gravel (very little in some sites) and are not level. Hookups are at back of site so we were unable to leave our tow vehicle hooked up. CG is very close to I-40 and there is a lot of noise. This CG is convenient for a 1 night stay but I would not like to be here for more than overnight. Tow vehicle had to be parked in front of our motor home.

Date of Stay:

Sites are very long and level. We have a 40' MH and found we had enough room to leave our tow vehicle hooked up. Lots of room between sites.

Date of Stay:

There are a large number of sites where trailers are parked long term. Owners have been working on sites and roads and we found both much better than last visit. Our site was level with just enough room for our tow vehicle. We have stayed here before and will stay again as it's close to family in the area.

We were able to use 2 discounts, 1 night Passport America and 2 nights Good Sams. The owners have made a number of improvements and added sites. The park is gated, was very clean and staff was helpful. Card to get in the gate is $10 but is refunded when card is returned. We stayed in site 131, which was very level and gave us a full view of the lake. We will be back.

We stayed here 1 month and a week. Once again, had a great time. This park is in the country so phone service is weak. The park is about 45 minutes from downtown Charleston and 30 minutes from Summerville. Roads are rocked and the park is well maintained.

Date of Stay:

This park is very clean. All sites are pull-through with full hookups. There is some shade and sites are level. Park has free wifi with a strong signal. Walking trail from CG to Rowden Park with playground, tennis courts and paved nature trail. There are many golf courses in the area. We would stay here again.

Park is close to the interstate and there is some noise. When we arrived there was only 1 pull in available with FHU. Lots of rain in this area so site was flooded back to the door, however, with sunshine and wind it was dry w/in 2 days. Units are close on side with shared elect/water but lots of room on other side. We faced the lake and there were lots of children enjoying it but most left on Monday. Some perm units for those who live in the area.

Date of Stay:

Easy on/off the Interstate. Sites were not crowded, were long enough to leave tow vehicle hooked up. All sites are pull-thru and level. Easy entrance and exit. For big rigs, call and get information on additional way to enter.

Date of Stay:

Free laundry, enclosed dog park and walking trails. Interior roads and sites are rock but very smooth. All sites are pull thru. Very convenient to I-65.

Nice clean park with level sites, good water pressure and strong wifi signal. The cable is 6 channels but that includes the 4 major networks. Campground is about 1 1/2 hrs to GNP but it's a nice drive thru a couple of small towns. Owners are very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

This is a no frills campground. The sites are wide and long. They are not tight and each site has shade. Only about 15 minutes from the sign forest. Worth the drive! Our granddaughter made a sign which we hung for her. We stayed on our way to and from Alaska.
