North Beach Camp Resort, St Augustine, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

RV site is all sand. Roads are all sand. Restrooms not cleaned during entire 7 day stay. Women's restroom was the worst. Toilets stopped up and full. Feces wiped on walls and doors. Feces pile near entrance inside. Park official rides around in truck and enforces dog leash rules but not driving rules or parking rules. Campers park all afternoon and overnight at extremely limited parking provided for restrooms. Complaints to office staff gets a smile but no action. We camped at North Beach Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

Aces High RV Park, East Lyme, Connecticut

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

Price increase does not reflect quality of service. Stayed here over 1 month and until 4 July crowd the restrooms/showers were not cleaned. Toilets frequently stopped up and full of waste. Had to bring our own bathroom tissue. Showers are pay as you go ($.25). WiFi was impossible until last few days. Many RVers don't clean up after their dogs. Staff is argumentative about problems. The ground up gravel on the sites gets into everything. On the positive side, sites are spacious and level. We camped at Aces High RV Park in a Motorhome.

Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Fantastic views of the mountains. Restrooms/Showers are immaculate. The speed bumps are tough on motorcycles. The WiFi is almost non existent due to surrounding neighbors utilizing the free unsecure site. WiFi needs to be secure for the park users only. Again, the view is breathtaking. I highly recommend this park. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

Fort's RV Park, Pueblo, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Easy off/on the interstate. Management extremely friendly and helpful. Restrooms immaculate but small. Showers immaculate and very roomy. Sites are all asphalt and concrete for excellent footing. Very convenient to downtown. Lots of homesteaders but never bothersome. We are a 38 foot MH with a 20 foot trailer and the pull through site was easy to access and appropriate length and shaded. I recommend this park and would stay here again. We camped at Fort's RV Park in a Motorhome.

This campground stands head and shoulders above any other. The sites are meticulously maintained. The entire campground has an abundance of shade. The restrooms and showers are so clean it is a shame to use them. Management is extremely friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this campground. We camped at Deer Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Mystic KOA, North Stonington, Connecticut

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $80.00
Overall Rating:

Never again. Overall the campground was good. Problem is with visitor rules and common sense. My sister-in-law, traveling with us called her son, who lives in New London, to come and pick her up for a day out. The office person wanted her son to park his car in a lot that was more of a swamp than parking space, and she wanted him to pay the visitor fee before he could walk from the main gate to the motorhome in the pouring rain. The park wasn't anywhere near full at the time. We were parked up on the hill facing a field. Also, the office person would not allow her son to bring her back to the site at night due to the one car per site rule. Rules are rules but some common sense and courtesy when the park is not packed tight should prevail. The personnel that were out and about doing maintenance were extremely courteous and friendly. We camped at Mystic KOA in a Motorhome.

Savannah Oaks RV Resort, Savannah, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

The word "Resort" is misleading by far. Cable TV was an absolute joke. So much snow you could only hear the TV. Got crystal clear channels over the air antenna. Site was mud, no grass or concrete. Our slideout bed was so close to a 5er in next site we could have shook hands out the window. I would only stay here again only if I couldn't drive anymore. We camped at Savannah Oaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Agree with previous post. Cable TV would be great improvement. Wi-Fi is quick and dependable and makes up for no TV. Really close to outlet malls, local Harley Davidson dealer, etc. Very nice and clean park. We would return. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sugar Mill Ruins Travel Park, New Smyrna Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Previous comments still valid. With a big rig it is a test of driving skills to maneuver through the park. Roads/sites are crushed shell and sand so when it rains it gets messy. Shade is overly abundant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 50 amps is not everywhere. Really a great place to feel dug in and relaxing. Very easy access to local stores/restaurants. I would return. We camped at Sugar Mill Ruins Travel Park in a Motorhome.
