Beaudry RV was recently purchased by Lazydays Inc (out of Florida). They will open for guests on Sept 1, 2011. The park is still beautiful and the rates will be reasonable for the area and depend on the time of year. Paved roads, cement patios which have a patio table and chairs at each site. Sites are generous in length and width. 2 separate pools and 2 separate laundry rooms, their own restaurant on site. We look forward to our reservations beginning Sept 1st! We camped at Tucson / Lazydays KOA in a Motorhome.

Nightly rate based on month long stay. The park had working cable and good water pressure. Those were the only positives. When this park nears capacity, they have electrical issues. They insisted the problem was our rig, so we paid a repairman to come check it out. The repairman showed us that the problem was with the park, not our rig. He would have made more money if the problem had been our rig. We later found out this is a common problem in this park. We attempted to discuss this with the owner, but she flat out refused to take or return phone calls once she knew we were staying in the park. Very unprofessional. The park is old, and not well maintained. Everywhere they have signs threatening eviction, just a very negative atmosphere. Some of the employees were friendly, but they give the impression of working in a high stress environment. We will skip Deming entirely in the future. The park next door resembles a junk yard (the pool is still full of tires, dirt and tarps), nothing impressive in the area, except maybe the Walmart lot. When the wifi worked it was very slow. We camped at Little Vineyard RV Park & Resort in a Motorhome.

We selected Hilltop RV from RV Park Reviews on the Internet and were very pleased with the results! We thought we would stay for a month but liked it so much we stayed for 3 months! The owners, are wonderful! They are very customer service oriented and helpful. They started this park not quite 2 years ago and have been adding to it consistently. Being Rv'ers themselves, they know what works best for all of us. All the sites are pull-throughs and all the sites have both 30 and 50 amp service. The sites are level and access is very easy due to the wide roads and spaces. Because it sits up on the hill, even though you can see I-10, the road noise was very low and we were in the first row! The park is new so all the utilities are new as well. The local cable company has not yet extended service to this area so there is no cable TV. However owners, have put in a lounge with satellite access that works very well. The pool is new as of last year and they have included a shaded area adjacent to the pool that is a comfortable spot to sit. Being so new, there are no real shade trees yet but they have planted trees so as soon as they grow there will be shaded sites. This is not a big park, 47 sites, but it is without a doubt the best in the Fort Stockton area. The west side of the park overlooks a large valley and the Fire pit area is perfectly situated to watch the most amazing sunsets! It is a bit windy here because of the hilltop location but this is West Texas and to be expected in this area but that also helps cool it off when the temperatures get high. There are added fun and tasteful decorative touches on and in the buildings that make this park standout. The laundry is clean and has 3 washers and 3 dryers that operate on quarters ($1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry). Call for a reservation! You will not be disappointed! We will not stay anywhere else in the Fort Stockton area. We camped at Hilltop RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is absolutely fantastic! If there was a 12 on the rating, this would be it! Owner/developer really knows what he is doing. Level, concrete sites with very easy hookups, grass everywhere and it's rich, thick, golf-course style grass. Showers and bathrooms are tiled, beautiful and very clean! No cement floors and cinder blocks walls at all. The pool is clean: but closed for the season when we were here. Great laundry rooms too. Nothing has been overlooked here. Each site has picnic table and charcoal grills. Night lighting is excellent: enough to see well, but not enough to disturb anyone. Wi-Fi has excellent coverage: not a dead spot in the whole park. Close to a good grocery store and restaurants. It has it's own small lake with great fishing: large mouth bass and "pan fish". I just can't say enough good about this park. It has spoiled us for anything else! If you haven't tried this park, please do so soon! It's great! We are full time Refers and we'll be back here soon! We camped at Coastal Georgia RV Resort in a Motorhome.
