Desert Trails RV Park (40+ park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2009 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

10 years as a full timer. We've never been in a friendlier park or one with nearly as many amenities as this one. This is about our 5th time here. A full calender of events and really good (pro and semi pro) entertainers in the clubhouse. Excellent, high speed Wi-Fi. Free doughnuts/coffee on Monday and free soda machine in the craft room all the time. Pool, spa, pitch and putt, trails, birds, fauna. Craft and cooking classes. It just goes on and on. We LOVE this place and the folks who run it! Am I biased? You bet! We camped at Desert Trails RV Park (40+ park) in a Motorhome.

Alpine Trails RV Park, South Fork, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

New owners have renamed the park "Alpine Trails RV Park". Young couple from Texas bought the place and are putting a lot of "sweat equity" and some money into it. Nice place to stay. Near the junction. Quiet and clean. Lots of regulars returning there. We extended our stay to explore the non-Pagosa Springs hot springs in the area. We camped at Alpine Trails RV Park in a Motorhome.
