This is my favorite RV Park. We have stayed here many times before. Spaces are great, they have cable in case the SAT does not work due to the big trees. The staff is one of the best of any park I have stayed at, from reservations, to site clean up, washer and dryers, etc. To give you an example, once an RV checks out, within 15 minutes a person comes to the site, checks the whole site for garbage, cuts the bushes and rakes the gravel, so the site is level, awesome. Great views of the mountains, a large stream runs through the back of the resort, the downtown is 5 min away, we have seen javalina's walk through the park at night, owls fly by. Can you tell I lobve this place !

This was the first time I stayed at this park in my 40 ft RV and SUV toad. The park is really cool, as you are surrounded by huge rocks jutting out of the ground all around you. It makes for great climbs, star watching, and sunsets. There is a lake nearby and the town of Prescott is about 10 min away. The staff was excellent and friendly and helped me with several reservation changes. I only gave this park a 7 because they are upgrading the facilities and are not quite done. They are doing a great job, adding more 50 amp sites, new washer dryers, redo of the office, etc. My only real problem was the lack of gravel, asphalt, or concrete. Every road is a dirt road as well as the sites, and the park is dusty from the wind, and traffic. That dust gets carried into the RV by air, dogs, and feet. Once this is fixed I would give the park a 9. Satellite can be a problem at some of the sites due to tress, so pick carefully.

I love this Park, it is the nicest, cleanest, coolest Park in the entire Bay Area. I previously stayed here for a year and a half, this time for about 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and helped me out with changing reservations several times, due to family issues. The Park looks as great as the first day it was built. (Except the potholes in the entry area, fix this guys.) There is a path out the back of the resort to the golf course and a bike/jogging path. On my walks with my dogs we saw rabbits, deer, and a flock of turkeys. Each year the elk migrate on the adjacent mountains and you can see them on the hillside. Stay here on your travels, you will truely enjoy yourself.

We just finished staying here for a week and a half in a 40 ft RV and tow SUV. The staff here is awesome, they go out of their way to help and are happy to do so. This is the best RV Park close to downtown San Fran, with easy transportation to the city. I would have given it a 10 except the Park is shrinking each year. The ocean has claimed many sites and each time we come here more an more are gone. Some of the sites are not long enough for a 40 ft RV and a tow SUV, so you have to park the SUV elsewhere in the park. If you are thinking of staying here, do it, before the sea claims the entire park.

I love this park, lots of room for your rig, 2 cars, and my golf cart. You can walk your dog anywhere and the grass area is endless. I park my 2 cars lengthwise in front of the 40 foot RV and still have room to the road. You can have wood fires and cook up smores: it is a great camping experience. The staff is great, friendly, willing to help. They even have free parking for your trailer on site. On the weekends they have car shows, weddings, and dog shows, to name a few of the activities. The location is good as there is a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. There are two reasons why I did not give this park a 10. 1. 95% of the sites are gravel, asphalt or concrete would be better, but I think it is restricted because the park is in a flood plain. 2. Noise from the 91 freeway. The park is right next to the freeway and sometimes it gets noisy, but it never gets too bad. In summary if you want a park with room for you, your cars, and your dog: stay here.

I chose this park based on the previous reviews and based on a phone conversation I had prior to my arrival. I wanted a site that could accommodate 2 cars, a golf cart, and a dog, on a monthly basis. I was told that the site chosen would fit my needs. When I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But the paperwork for a monthly rental was ridiculous. 10 pages with a credit check. I got set up in my space and quickly realized there was only room for 1 car at the site. I parked my small car in front the RV sideways. Then the notices started, every morning I would get a notice taped to my car saying that I was parked illegally and needed to move my car. They even knocked on the RV door and asked me to move my other car back because it was: 1 INCH OVER THE LINE. They have 2 dog parks, small RV sites covered in gravel. The rules say that your dogs cannot go to the bathroom on the grass next to your site. They expect you to carry your dog to the park so they can do their business. ABSURD! After 2 weeks of this nonsense I told them we were moving out. I asked for a refund and my rate was converted to a weekly rate and I was refunded the difference. About 30% of what I originally paid. After we left, a FedEx shipment arrived, and was signed for in the office. I returned to the park to get the package and it was gone. Someone signed a fake name and had taken the package. All of them said it "WASN'T ME" when I asked with the manager who was on duty and signed for the package. A few other items that were disturbing. Some of the monthly renters are scary, creepy looking with very strange behavior. They only leave their RV after midnight and never during the day. We also had a firefight close to the park one night with the police helicopter circling above, providing light for the cops on the ground. Heard around 8 shots fired. I hope this helps for anyone that has my site requirements needing a park in this area.

We have stayed here several times over the last year and the staff has always been excellent, even though there have been several changes in management. Within the last month the owner's wife has decided to manage the park: BIG MISTAKE! This person has no people skills and has no idea how to speak to her customers as her comments are rude. The staff has quit and the customers are heading for the exits. It is too bad, as this is the nicest park in the Bay area. My recommendation: stay at another Park, as this person will ruin your stay with her rude disposition.

I love this park, nice large trees, large creek running through the edge of the park. Easy to pull in and out of and plenty of space to offload the car from the trailer. It is a bit on the expensive side as far as parks go but being located in downtown Sedona is well worth it. Also they do not charge for trailer storage like other parks do, so that saves on cost. When we went the highway into Sedona was still under construction so the drive in was a bit hairy trying to avoid hitting all those cones with a 40ft RV and 20 ft trailer. But we made it no problem.

I am in the middle of my stay and I am disappointed with this park. Here is my list: 1. The park is located at the end of the Orange County Airport - Planes all day. 2. The park is 25 feet from Pacific Coast Hwy - Cars all day and night. 3. The spots they say will handle a 40 ft RV don't; my RV is sticking out 2 feet into the road. 4. The spots are so narrow you can't park your car next to your RV. 5. The spots are all dirt, and you track it into your car and RV. 6. My SUV's rear window was smashed last night in an attempted break in, so I am out $625 in repairs. 7. There are people living in old campers and tents at this park. Their picnic tables are covered with beer cans. The entrance, offices, pool, store all look great. Once you get into the park you are packed in like sardines. The activities for kids is endless, so it is very kid friendly. Don't be mislead by the term "waterfront" this place is several miles from the ocean. It sits on a bay and has a man-made beach. I stayed here for 1 week.
