Check-in at this campground took almost 2 hours. Computer system crashed, people waiting to check-in by hand and being assigned a site that my motorhome couldn't possible fit into. They were pleasant enough but didn't seem to care. Electricity was 30 amps at 100 volts at most sites, way too low for air conditioning. When I inquired at the office they blamed the electric company, yet an inspection of the electrical box showed 100 amp circuit breaker for 20 sites. This campground cannot provide electricity to the number of sites. Also requested they contact a fellow motorhomer with pets - they agreed the safety of the pets was important but never called any one with pets in the park about the electrical problem. Again, they didn't seem to care. The sites were wide with plenty of spare room but considering the utilities provided and lack of help from the office I will not return.

The park is full of trees and wide open spaces between sites. The park staff are courteous and friendly however, they didn't take care of fallen leaves from the many life oaks. As far as the people in the park, they are by far the rudest people I've EVER met camping. Mostly French Canadian they number about 80+ % of the park and control all the activities and entertainment. Monday mornings the park has a get-together to discuss the weekly events - in English. Then, there's another meeting where they only speak french to plan the real events in the park. when passing them on the road I always say 'hi' or wave and they just don't respond to any American. I winter here to escape the cold only to be in one of the coldest parks in Florida. I will NOT return.

Electrical boxes were overloaded - some made of wood! Spider webs all over boxes. Water had multiple connections on each spigot. Wires all over the trees and may pose a problem for higher motorhomes. This park needs to be fixed - maybe reported to the township for violations. Most of the campers are old, dirty and falling apart. Access to the CG is via very, VERY narrow roads and bridges. We will NEVER return.

This park is aesthetically pleasing with good landscaping, a lake and blue-stone roads. Ample room to navigate turns with my motorhome and tow and car attached. When arriving at the park I requested full hook-ups and was told that only Water and Electricity was available. All the campground books state they have full-hookups, but this is not the case. If they can't provide FHU, then I can't stay here.

Very warm family running the campground - Sites level and dirt. Not good in the rain. Great for easy-on/easy-off I-70.

This park has wonderful hosts/managers. They helped with local points of interest. Sites are wide enough for our 36' motorhome with 2 slides. Sites have tree/shrub barriers between sites for added privacy. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in price (unusual) with great reception for both. They also have three 2-story cabins with 3 bedrooms and deck each unit has a hot-tub in the master bedroom. Very romantic setting and excellently furnished. We will return to this campground.

Directions to the campground involved crossing a 'barely double' lane bridge. RV need to cross this bridge by straddling the centerline. As cars approached from the other direction they failed to stop, nor did they back up (yield signs were hidden from view). Attempting to navigate the sharp right turn resulted in side-swiping the bridge causing extensive damage to 2 compartments. At the site there were 2 other motorhomes who also hit the bridge. When I got to my site, it wasn't level and Wi-Fi connectivity worked with a good rating but could not download any HTML pages. The office couldn't fix the problem and suggested I walk down to the laundry room. This is not site-Wi-Fi. My guess is that the service is inadequate for the number of users. (We were camped next to the Wi-Fi antenna). The office also needs to be trained when dealing with issues. They can't seem to correct any problems themselves and don't know how to get help. The campground is too expensive for the services they offer.

Large pull-thru level gravel sites with shade and sun: your choice. Sites are terraced and ofset so closeness is not an issue. interior roads are gravel and level without potholes. Well maintained park with 76 sites. WiFi available, first 2 days free. Very friendly staff. Web-site out of order so call direct. I would return!

Close to I-75 so noise was an issue. Road to sites were dirt, sites unlevel with many trailers in poor condition there. Trash had to be out by 9AM for pick-up but rarely picked up before 4PM. Ants were all around. They only teated the ground once while we were there so the ants kept coming and they did eventually get into the motorhome !!

Train noise prevent us from getting any sleep. There is a track crossing to get to the park and trains blow their whistle at this crossing every hour, 24 hours a day. Not a peaceful canground.

My reservation was in the "new-comer" lane which was 20-30 feet from a very busy railroad track. The main road to the CG was overthe tracks and trains approaching this road will blow their whistle. This anoyance continued well into the night resulting in sleepless nights. Trains will pass this CG at leat once and hour. We were so close to the track that I could feel the motorhome vibrate as the trains approached. Even though each site has it own electric meter, only every other meter is activated therefore sites must share electric meters with only (1)30 and (1) 50 Amp plug at each electric pole. If your neighbor is plugged into the 50 Amp, you automatically get the 30 Amp even if 50 amps were promised. The end result is that you must negotiate with your neighbor for the power you need. This is so that the CG doesn't have to spend $40 to activate the alternate power meters. I will not recommend this site because of this policy.
