This park offers many amenities but we are fully self contained and just look for big rig friendly pull thru's, 50 amps and a dog friendly park. It was easy access to I-10 and easy in and out. The pull thrus were long and wide with shade trees and grass. You parked your toad or TV on the concrete roadway to protect the grass from constant movement and your RV on the grass. The manager was very friendly and helpful with referrals for restaurants in the area and explaining the many features of the park. The dog park was right next to the river and in great shape with grass, a shade tree with benches to watch the dogs play off leash. Don't know whether it was dog owners or park owners but it was policed very well so you didn't have to worry about stepping in dog signatures. We will definitely come back if we are in the area. I rated this a 10 because it had what we were looking for plus friendly service and because of the time of year it wasn't busy on the weekend. We had a very nice weekend.

Beautiful clean and neat park. White gravel for rig and patio with grass everywhere else. Very friendly staff, long and wide pull throughs, easy on and off I-10, no road noise, good power. Very convenient for overnighting.

We wanted to see the area for an escape from the Phoenix valley summer heat. The park's goal is to have all park models and just a few RV sites. We were informed our RV site was designated as a park model site and we may be asked to move. We only stayed a few days so we weren't impacted. The pull-through sites are good size. The salt water pool is refreshing and so nice not to smell like chlorine. Pet areas are a low priority though they have added several dog waste bag dispensers though out the park but no disposal container?? One dog run has huge pine trees with sap droppings that are a challenge to remove from dog fur, and the other is all rock and no shade. It is a long park and each dog run is at the extreme ends. There is no pet area in the middle of the 352 sites. There appears to be much discontent among dog owners and non-dog owners. Loved the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott area. Close to many conveniences but IMHO not cool enough for the summer. If passing through the area would stop again but not for a longer term basis.

This is a destination RV park. We first visited the area 10 years ago before the park had Wi-Fi. Beautiful setting, all the conveniences, excellent Wi-Fi, long pull-throughs with grassy areas all around and a concrete patio with table. Newly installed dog run. An adults only area and pool. Could easily spend a season here but we were just passing through and only stayed three days. Will go back again if in the area.

Huge pull throughs, easy access, though close I-10 no noise. Pilot truck stop at exit for fuel. Great for overnight; we didn't have time to explore but this could be a destination park.

We had been here when it was a KOA. Enjoyed it then and stopped again. Very friendly office. Long pull-throughs, and easy in and out. Though close to the freeway, noise not an issue. Good Wi-Fi. We would stay again if in the area.

Easy in and out for overnight. Only a few long pull throughs; others you would have to unhook, but since this is the off season with many openings, they said don't worry about it. Would prefer straight rate for one night instead of reading meter the next morning before we leave. Holiday Inn Restaurant next door closing in August 2013, but till then a convenience to get a quick bite to eat if you don't want to cook after a long day's drive.

This is the slow time of year; had our pick of sites. Long roomy pull through, huge pet park, and service center next door was very helpful. Had a problem with fiver lights, and the RV park office dialed for us, and they sent a tech over. Needed to go in the shop the next morning; they found the problem; and we were on our way in two hours. Service center is also pet friendly; everyone was attentive to waiting customers to insure comfort and hydration in the hot weather. The RV park restaurant has reduced hours during the summer. We would definitely return if in the area.

Just passing through, this is a great over night stop. Long wide pull throughs, good power and WIFI. Call park for directions. Though right off the freeway, GPS directs you to a old campground on the south side of I-10 that is no longer in business. This park is on the NORTH side of I-10. Manager very friendly and escorted us to our site. I wouldn't call it a destination spot but would definitely return when passing through. Bathrooms and laundry need work.

Park OK for overnight but needs TLC. Entrance tight watch for pot holes, low hanging trees. Enter very slowly.

Rate reflects week stay. Loved this park. Didn't make reservations ahead of time so was not able to get 5th wheel section river front but great view anyway. Big Rig Friendly, good Wi-Fi. Close to Memphis, TN and Beale Street.

Convenient overnighter..Easy in an out not to be confused with other KOA's in area with similar names. Nice long pull throughs, very friendly reception. Would stay there again.

Very nice park, worth the drive off the freeway. Concrete patios, swing, grill and grassy area. Easy in and out, Big Rig Friendly.

This park is also listed under Hendersonville, NC but the correct city is Flat Rock. It is a 55+ park. This was our second stay. Limited big rig sites; reservations a must during the summer and "leaf peeper" season in the fall; lots of activities in the club house: potlucks, breakfasts and this year zip lining and white water rafting. Entrance is narrow and very limited site when exiting. Owners and their two children and families live on property.
