Pretty setting with lots of trees and a little creek running thru the park. Park is close to shopping and a nice base to visit the area. We had a great pull thru with plenty of room for our fiver, truck and car. Park staff very helpful recommending area activities and restaurants. During the summer reservations highly recommended. Gas and propane available on site. Two pet walks one on each end of the park. Tent sites filled up every night during our week in July. They also have a new fully self contained cabin for rent if you have friends without RV's wanting to join you. Really enjoyed our stay and planning to return next summer.

Needed an overnight stay on our way north for the summer. Easy access off the main road but far enough so as not to hear road noise. Park is on a dead end street so not much traffic at all. Very small park but we had no problems fitting in a pull thru with our 40 ft fiver. Huge community park across the street to walk your dog on a leash or just enjoy the weather. Lots of trees so no satellite from our site. Limited overnight sites reservations encouraged.

Overnighted here 8 years ago and wanted to come back for a longer stay. Rate reflects monthly stay. The sites are concrete and with the cold winters have cracked and heaved in some places so you may have to straddle a dip in your site but very doable. Long wide pull thrus with concrete patio and grassy area in most sites, easy access from the highway and wide streets in the park, weather was great in the month of June for snowbirds escaping summer heat. Work campers on the job daily to keep park looking tip top. Fairgrounds are nearby and was able to see fireworks from our site. Park was quiet. 4 small fenced areas to walk your dog off leash. You could walk your dog on a leash in all the park except the two back corners with long term residents. Deer in park many mornings. We had mail forwarded a couple times and office called each time to let us know it was in. Would stay again if in the area. Reservations encouraged during peak summer months.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Nice long pull thru concrete and grass patio. Easy in and out of park and sites. Shade trees trimmed to be out of way yet still provide some shade. A few sites have no trees. Fenced area for leash free dog run. Golf course a mile away. Park is located next to hwy and near train track but neither bothered us. Propane available on site.

We stayed 2 weeks daily rate based on weekly divided by 7. Easy in an out of park and sites. Good size pull thrus. Dog runs small but across the street from park is a vacant lot with trails to walk your dog. Park provides a key to the gate to access the area.

Wanted a park 1/2 between Las Vegas and Phoenix and this was right in the middle. Very friendly reception. The cafe has homemade pies and a variety of prepackaged ice cream in the freezer. There are 4 overnight pull thrus so if you want a pull thru do call ahead. They gave us great directions: look for the white quonset hut at mile marker 123. The power was good. Had to maneuver between two big trees at the site and couldn't get satellite but neither were a big deal for us especially for just one night. It is close to the road but the noise didn't bother us as it slowed down after dark. Hwy 93 is part of the proposed I11 corridor some parts are 2 lane divided hwy and others are still one lane each way. Access to BLM land at the back of the park for those with ATV's. Would definitely stop again for the convenient location.

Wanted a 1/2 way point between SLC and Las Vegas. This was perfect. Convenient reservation system online. Very friendly reception and a wealth of information about the area. We were assigned a site with a tree and asked for the one next to it no problem. We do arrive very early in the day to have more site options when we travel. Pull thru was very roomy and spot on level, picnic table on pavers. Plenty of area to walk our dog and a nice fenced off leash area for exercise. Would stay here again.

We wanted to visit SLC and needed a Big Rig accessible park. Location convenient to I215 & I15 but also between refineries and airport so quite noisy. Though several grassy areas (with pet waste stations) to walk your dog there was no fenced off leash area. Pull thru roomy with concrete patio and grass. Though a secure gated access there is a New RV Rental facility being built next door and parts of the fence were down during construction.

Rate reflects monthly stay not including electricity. Beautiful new park very popular though limited 50 amp sites available, reservations a must, great location WILL come again but definitely stay in "Adult" section that is to be completed Summer 2016. Nice dog run and dog waste stations located at several green areas through out the park and most dog owners picked up after their dogs. Be aware when driving thru the park: streets are paved and lots of very young children running in and out of RV sites onto the street, also riding trikes, bikes, manual & motorized scooters between the RV's and after dark.

Date of Stay:

The rate reflects our monthly rate divided by 28. This park is VERY clean; after each site is vacated they vacuum, broom and or hose down the site. There is constant care of the property. Landscaping is always well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are concrete slabs for the RV and astroturf for the patio. This may not be everyone's choice but with dogs and children it sure is a lot cleaner. There is a pool and spa as well as exercise room but we didn't use them. There were 3 dog runs in the park and a huge fenced dog park on the water in the Sparks Marina across the street. Great place to walk. Easy access from the freeway though the roundabouts take some getting use to if you have never used them before but once in the park there are streets around them. Our GPS navigated us thru the roundabouts. We would stay here again if in the Reno/Sparks area.

This park offers many amenities but we are fully self contained and just look for big rig friendly pull thru's, 50 amps and a dog friendly park. It was easy access to I-10 and easy in and out. The pull thrus were long and wide with shade trees and grass. You parked your toad or TV on the concrete roadway to protect the grass from constant movement and your RV on the grass. The manager was very friendly and helpful with referrals for restaurants in the area and explaining the many features of the park. The dog park was right next to the river and in great shape with grass, a shade tree with benches to watch the dogs play off leash. Don't know whether it was dog owners or park owners but it was policed very well so you didn't have to worry about stepping in dog signatures. We will definitely come back if we are in the area. I rated this a 10 because it had what we were looking for plus friendly service and because of the time of year it wasn't busy on the weekend. We had a very nice weekend.

Beautiful clean and neat park. White gravel for rig and patio with grass everywhere else. Very friendly staff, long and wide pull throughs, easy on and off I-10, no road noise, good power. Very convenient for overnighting.

We wanted to see the area for an escape from the Phoenix valley summer heat. The park's goal is to have all park models and just a few RV sites. We were informed our RV site was designated as a park model site and we may be asked to move. We only stayed a few days so we weren't impacted. The pull-through sites are good size. The salt water pool is refreshing and so nice not to smell like chlorine. Pet areas are a low priority though they have added several dog waste bag dispensers though out the park but no disposal container?? One dog run has huge pine trees with sap droppings that are a challenge to remove from dog fur, and the other is all rock and no shade. It is a long park and each dog run is at the extreme ends. There is no pet area in the middle of the 352 sites. There appears to be much discontent among dog owners and non-dog owners. Loved the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott area. Close to many conveniences but IMHO not cool enough for the summer. If passing through the area would stop again but not for a longer term basis.

This is a destination RV park. We first visited the area 10 years ago before the park had Wi-Fi. Beautiful setting, all the conveniences, excellent Wi-Fi, long pull-throughs with grassy areas all around and a concrete patio with table. Newly installed dog run. An adults only area and pool. Could easily spend a season here but we were just passing through and only stayed three days. Will go back again if in the area.

Date of Stay:

Huge pull throughs, easy access, though close I-10 no noise. Pilot truck stop at exit for fuel. Great for overnight; we didn't have time to explore but this could be a destination park.
