This is a OK older KOA campground that is showing it's age. They have some long (60+ feet) pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up but a few trees if you want. Restrooms are dated but clean. Some train noise but no whistles, no Hwy noise as 1 1/2 miles from I-40. Free WiFi worked OK for me. Internal roads are gravel and pads are gravel with some very poor grass.. Sites are well spaced. There is a small fenced dog run. Sites all have fire pits and tables. Certainly works for an overnight even if a bit pricey. Will stay again.

This is a nice campground. They have all nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up (no trees). Restrooms are clean. No train or Hwy noise. Free WiFi works. Internal roads are paved and pads are paved. Sites are well spaced. Casino is an easy walk and the Buffet is OK. Easy On/ Off the I-40 as this is also a truck stop. Must say you seen the sign to get $18 rate. Really only a one night park as nothing else here. Will stay again.

This is a nice campground for one or two nights to see the Old Route 66 main street. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up. No restrooms or laundry. No train or Hwy noise. Free WiFi works OK but is turned off after 10PM and on from AM 7-10 then off during the day until 3PM. Internal roads are gravel as are pads. Sites are well spaced. Old Motel Facade is quiet nice and not an eyesore even has individual garages with each room (Never seen that before). Del's and the Chinese were both very good. Will stay again.

This is a OK overnight campground. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up but some trees if you want. There are restrooms and laundry in back of Cafe they are dated but clean. No train or Hwy noise. Easy ON/ Off Interstate. No WiFi. Internal roads are gravel as are pads with grass. Sites are well spaced. This is PPA rate. Had a Thunderstorm and park sites and roads were still well drained and firm. Gas station is closed. Drop fee in a box. Will stay again.

This is a nice campground. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. Roads and pads are gravel with grass but very narrow spaces. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up. Restrooms are three unisex cubicle and are clean. No train but some Hwy noise. Free WiFi works well. Park was full as only two sites available when we arrived at 1PM and some later arrivals were turned away. Many extended stay which looked like local workers. The park was tidy and quiet. Fast foods, restaurants and Walmart nearby. Will stay again.

Location, location, location and only $24 for pull thru FHU and 50Amp This is a nice campground even if it is a gravel car park. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is clean and tidy with nice grass on the River front. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up. Restrooms are a single container cubicle, one for men and one for women but clean. No train and minimal Hwy noise. Free WiFi doesn't really work. Sites are the buddy style so not ideal. There is no dog run. This was the first PPA park in 15 years I have not been able to use PPA as park full every night and only limited sites for PPA. So reserve early. As others have said easy walk across the bridge to town, Watch the dancing bridge lights on the hour after dark. Watch for blue signs for directions to park. Will stay again.

This is a old campground. They have some nice long pull-through sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp full hookups available. AT&T and Verizon work well. Some have clear sky for satellite set up. Restrooms are dated but clean. No train or highway noise. No free WiFi. Internal roads and pads are gravel and grass. Sites are well spaced but untidy, grass not cut, leaves not raked. Easy on/off I-40 about 2 miles. This is an old KOA that is now an old mobile home park with 18 pull-through sites in the middle of a 100+ old mobile homes. But having said that it is very quiet and safety is not an issue. Will stay again for one night.

This is a older campground. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but reasonably clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Not much clear sky for satellite set up especially once the leaves come out. Restrooms are dated but clean. No train or Hwy noise. Free WiFi didn't work. Internal roads are gravel as are the pads. Sites are well narrow. PPA not valid on Fri/Sat Will stay again for one night.

This is a very large campground. They have some nice long pull thru sites (at least half) that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up in some locations but also lots of trees if you want. Restrooms are dated but clean. No train or Hwy noise but the jets make up for it. Some days they can be continuous from before 8AM until after 9PM. They are not just loud like on take off but are low flying in pass overs and sometimes two together. Free WiFi works for 1hr every 12 hrs. Internal roads and pads are gravel and grass except in the super site area which are paved with concrete pads and patio. Sites are well spaced at 25 feet wide. They are very convenient to Virginia Beach and have a large private car park right down town a block off the boardwalk. It was Easter and spring break and the 4 pools were all closed. A nice mini golf but they charge $3 per person to play (Come on!) Not sure I will stay again because of the jets.

This is a nice campground. Most are pull thru sites that would allow most rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up. Restrooms are clean. No train or Hwy noise. Free WiFi works. First few rows are paved roads with concrete pads and cable, the rest are hard pack with concrete patios. There are a few nice gazebos on some sites. Sites are well spaced. There is a Walmart 5 miles away. Easy off and on I-95. Will stay again.

This is a very nice campground. Mostly back ins but nice roads an angled so easy to get in. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. Not many with sewers. ATT & Verizon work well. Lots of trees so satellite set up is questionable. Doubt if anyone could use roof mounted. There were some tripods and tailgaters but not many. Restrooms are individual cubicles and clean. No train or Hwy noise. No WiFi at sites. Internal roads are gravel or sand and pads are same. . Sites are well spaced. The park is very pretty and well kept. Very family friendly, lots for the kids. We were in with C2C Premier and got a very nice site near the center and rate was zero for 50 Amp. Will stay again.

This is a an OK campground. They have these strange head to tail long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. There are cross over spots so not usually a problem in the AM. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Some trees so ask if need satellite set up. Restrooms are dated but clean. No train but some Hwy noise especially up in monthly area. Free Tengo WiFi worked Ok. Internal roads and pads are hard packed with narrow grass between. Really only an over nighter unless you get one of the outer road sites (I think it was E row). As they say watch the speed bumps. Would stay again.

This is a nice campground. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is newer and clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up. Restrooms clean. No train or Hwy noise. Free WiFi works very good. Internal roads are paved and pads are concrete. Sites are well spaced. There is a nice Walmart 20 miles away in Robertsdale. Right on the river. Young friendly couple just bought it. Not an RPI park. Will stay again.
