Raleigh Oaks RV Resort, Four Oaks, North Carolina

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This park was obviously designed and is operated by an RVer!

Spacious sites, all utilities properly placed, pull through sites, three dog parks!

Don't miss the free waffles for breakfast.

Every employee that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

This will now be a regular stop on our travels on I-95. We camped at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Cypress Camping Resort, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Just completed in June, this park has friendly and helpful office staff. A beautiful view of Intercoastal Waterway from most sites. Has fishing piers, a sand beach on waterway and a nice pool. Has a snack bar with sandwiches & desserts. Cement pads, sites spaced well. It is big rig friendly. The rate shown is monthly. We camped at Cypress Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Florida Gateway Resort, Jasper, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a PPA park: barely worth the $20. Entrance is down a one mile bumpy dirt road. Spaces are in a grass field with no shade. Has long sites but very narrow. If another rig is parked next to you with slideouts, you probably can't open your awning. No picnic tables. Park Wi-Fi is very weak, but Verizon or Sprint are good. Better than staying at Wal-Mart due to the full hookups. We camped at Florida Gateway Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Twin Oaks RV Park & Campground, Elko, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $19.00

Easy on/off I-75. What a pleasant surprise: PPA rate and an outstanding park. Employees go out of their way to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Facilities are well kept and the saline pool was great. Lots of attractions in the area. Stayed two nights and will always stop here when traveling I-75 in GA. We camped at Twin Oaks RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Wild Cherry Resort, Lake Leelanau, Michigan

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $59.00
Overall Rating:

"Resort" is a joke! This place doesn't have a pool, bathhouses, laundry, cable TV, playground, camp store or any other normal RV park amenity. The owners appear to be frustrated golfers - all focus is on building and/or maintaining several golf greens around the algae choked pond. The physical sites are beautiful but the price is ridiculous for what is provided. We camped at Wild Cherry Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
