Stillwater Campground, Granby, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

One of the prettiest places I have ever camped. The restrooms and showers were just nasty. And the host was bugging us the whole time about little things about how and where to park. But it is a national forest so it was expected. If you have some sort of watercraft you will enjoy this place very much. We camped at Stillwater Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Elk Meadow Lodge & RV Resort, Estes Park, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice view from any campsite in campground. Restrooms and showers were very clean, nice and friendly people running the place. My biggest complaint is the size of each campsite and the lack of shade. It pretty much looks like a used rv dealership. No room to put out an awning. But the pool was brand new and very nice. We camped at Elk Meadow Lodge & RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park, Mitchell, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This place was ok. The best thing going for it is the location. It is right off the exit and close to many places to eat, cabela's, and walmart. A little too close to the highway for me. Mosquitoes are very bad at sundown. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Custer's Gulch RV Park, Custer, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground, the sites farthest from the road have more shade. Very cool ATV trail connecting to the campground. The host was nice and strict about certain ATV rules in campground. Nice bathrooms and showers. We saw deer every evening at this sight. We camped at Custer's Gulch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
