This KOA keeps getting better and better. You should plan your travels through Idaho just to stay here, especially if you are on your way to or from Yellowstone or the Tetons, or following the Oregon Trail. The park is easy to get to, the sites are wide and the trees are trimmed up. They have a great fenced in dog run that you can actually throw a ball in and exercise your dog. There is a nice walking trail too. There was a family catching fish in the creek which was fun to watch. The workers and owners are friendly and helpful. Most sites are satellite friendly. The Wi-Fi worked well and given the remote location we felt lucky to have it. There is excellent Verizon and AT&T service in the park as well; and the cable TV had a clear picture.

We come through Montpelier every year and every year we are delighted with upgrades and work done at this KOA. The owners definitely know how to continuously "wow" us. The new patio site on the creek is spectacular and can't wait to stay on it next year. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. This Montpelier KOA is the highlight of our trip each summer.

Moab KOA

This is a great KOA just south of Moab. If you want to see the Moab sights and also have peace and quiet, this is the place for you! No road noise, no trains! The KOA is spread out and unlike other campgrounds in town, our site was not on top of our neighbor. The sunsets are beautiful here too. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very, very nice KOA. The tall pine trees and mountain setting makes you feel like you are really camping! The managers and staff were extremely nice and helpful with area attractions. We would definitely stay here again and would plan on spending more time in the area.

We stay here every winter, and it is our favorite campground in the Lake Havasu area. The sites are very wide, and I never feel like we are camping on top of our neighbors. They did go to a reservation system this year so I strongly suggest that you make reservations since this is such a popular state park.

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed in. The managers and staff are all friendly and helpful. The sites are long and wide, the children's amenities are endless (including a new climbing wall) and the dog parks are great! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here four nights and really enjoyed our time here. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The sites are nice, very wide and are grass. I applaud the campground for taking two sites and combining them into one site to allow for the modern day RV with so many slides, especially after coming from a campground where we were on top of each other. The grounds are nice and there's lots of room to walk around for exercise and ride bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

The price reflects the nightly rate. This park is being created from part of the La Paz County Park. This park will be very nice when finished, however, right now they are misleading people to think that this is a high-end RV Park and charging high-end prices. When I booked the reservation in the fall they stated they had cable and sewer, both of which are not yet available. They changed our site that we booked and confirmed prior to arrival without telling us - and we are not the only ones this happened too. For monthly's, they will come pump your tanks once a week, which is clearly not enough. Wi-Fi is free, however works every couple of days and when it does work it is painfully slow. Whoever designed this park obviously does not know the RV business and all the river front sites were built for Motorhomes only. Technically the river front sites should be back-in sites (they are configured for Motorhomes to pull-in) and if you have a 5th wheel or travel trailer the utilities are on the wrong side. If you do not have a river front site, you have no access to the beach or water. This is not an overly friendly park either. This park is full of rumors, like Class A only rigs, no rigs older than 5 years old, etc. And you get all of this for $495/month plus 17 cents per kilowatt hour. Again, this park has potential, however for now, the owners should be more honest about the amenities and the prices they are charging. We stayed here for a couple of days and enjoyed our stay, however to stay longer than that without sewer hook-ups just wouldn't work for us.

This is our third time staying here and we come here on our way south every year and stay here over New Year's Weekend. We love it because we get to camp backed into the water. The sites are a bit on the narrow side, however, we set up our rug and chairs behind the camper so we can look at the water. The place hasn't changed much year after year - we see many of the same seasonal campers here. We like it here because no one bothers us and it very peaceful on "The Point" where we stay. Our site rate also includes a boat dock space.

Great overnight KOA. Easy on, easy off (construction no longer a problem). Very friendly owners/managers. Long level (60+ ft) pull-thru site with all the hook-ups. Wi-fi worked well. Would definitely stay here again when passing thru.

We've stayed here a few times and like the convenience of the park. The staff is friendly and knowledgable of what to do in LV. They recommended an excellent seafood restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner. It's easy to pick up the LV Strip shuttle from here. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice park. It is in great walking distance to the Casino and we really enjoyed the movie theater here as well. We would stay here again.

This park is a real gem! It's a must stop and spend at least one night. We will spend two; one night each way to Yellowstone and back. Everything in the park is immaculate: the cleanest restrooms ever, easy in and out, beautifully mowed grass sites, everything is so green. And the sheep and llama in the field are an added bonus. The owners are very friendly as well as their workers. They run a good park. New cable TV in the park and the Wi-Fi worked well. The list just goes on and on. The value here for the price is definitely worth it when you see how beautiful this park is. If you are looking for a great place to kick-back and relax: this is the place for you!

We loved this place! We had a site right on the beach and we were backed right up to the water. We could launch our kayaks right from our site. The site was on a little cove with a light house and the sunsets were amazing. We stayed here over New Year's weekend and the park was quiet and well managed. There is also a 5 mile bike path by the entrance which we rode which was very nice. It was a little pricey, however, worth every penny and would stay here again.

Benson KOA

Good park for an overnighter. It is in a pretty setting. The buildings are in need of major repairs. It's a tired, old KOA that needs attention. The sites are fine and the people are very nice.
