Misty Mountain Camp Resort, Crozet, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Not a bad campground. We stayed on site 14. Had to level the trailer and most sites were tight. Wi-Fi worked well as did cable. Stay in the lower section of the campground the upper is even tighter and a big hill to get to sites. We camped at Misty Mountain Camp Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Luray KOA (formerly Luray RV Resort Country Waye), Luray, Virginia

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $47.00

Nice quiet park. Clean but the road to your site has a big upgrade slope to it. No cable but you can get a few local channels. Prices are a little to high for what you get but overall I would return We camped at Luray KOA (formerly Luray RV Resort Country Waye) in a Fifth Wheel.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Luray, Luray, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

This park is a nice family campground; there is plenty to do for the kids and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We like the premium sites best. We camp here at least once a year. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Luray in a Motorhome.

Shenandoah Hills Campground, Madison, Virginia

Date of Stay: May, 2004 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Sorry for the late review. Just found this web site. We camped here with friends. The owners seem unfriendly. We had trouble with campers around us smoking marijuana. Including some seasonal units. I went to owner he said nothing he could do about it. What a crock. We wont be back. We camped at Shenandoah Hills Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
