Sun Life RV Resort (55+ park), Mesa, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

The rated noted here is the daily rate. We pay $1995 for three months. We have stayed here for three months each year for the past nine years. Every year we complain about the WiFi service and every year they say they're working on it. If WiFi is important to you I suggest you go somewhere else. The streets are very narrow so parking can be a little tricky. They do have a nice facility with amenities like billiards, shuffleboard, card rooms, Etc., and the staff is friendly. We camped at Sun Life RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dave's Fillmore KOA. Everything worked great and there are lots of amenities, like a pool, playground, on-site propane, free and strong wi-fi, and store. We were made to feel welcome. Thanks for everything! We camped at Fillmore KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Islander RV Resort, Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $51.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park with a great location. Very friendly staff and the entire area is well maintained. It's a little pricy given the fact that the only WiFi available is to purchase something called "public WiFi" that is totally unreliable; very slow and unpredictable connections. Don't buy it; take your computer up to the office area and use the system they have there. We camped at Islander RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town (formerly Sam's Town Casino & RV Park) , Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Sam's Town RV Park has a good location that has easy access. The sites are gravel, but very level and there is a good amount of shade. We stayed in a 70' pull through site that gave us plenty of room for parking. The complaints we have are with their shared drop in sewer connections and that their water pressure is miserably low. It is just barely enough for a run around to get wet shower and less than enough for the toilet, etc. They really need to fix this or we won't be coming back. We camped at Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town (formerly Sam's Town Casino & RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

The Palms RV Resort, Yuma, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2010 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a month and it was absolutely the best RV resort we have ever visited. I read another review that was not very complimentary and couldn't see how the comments could have related to the Palms. Everything is new and of the best quality; very large swimming pools, great exercise and billiard rooms, wide streets and large lots. The resort is located south of 32nd street so it is very quiet. All of the resort personnel were very friendly and helpful. Great place for an extended stay with no snow. We camped at The Palms RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: January, 2010 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park but a little pricey for over nighters. Rather noisy during the day due to close proximity to the airport. They have a good mix of amenities but very little in the way of exercise equipment. For example, there are no exercise bikes or treadmills. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Oasis RV Park (managed by Casa Blanca Casino), Mesquite, Nevada

Date of Stay: January, 2010 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

It was adequate for the price. There is no wireless available in the RV park even though it's available to purchase at the now closed Oasis motel 100' away. We camped at Oasis RV Park (managed by Casa Blanca Casino) in a Fifth Wheel.
