The owners are always here and they are almost the friendliest we've met. This was the second extended stay we spent in 2009 and it's always nice to go in the office and tell them you have a problem. They find someone on-site to help you fix the problem immediately. It snowed on me the first time I was here and they came out with pizza to make sure I was okay. My wife really enjoyed them, but not Kansas.

We stayed here for approximately two months and the owners were always on the premises and they are more than owners. You become part of their extended family immediately. The entire place is modern. They even have pet washing facilities on the back of a couple of bathroom buildings. Our two little dogs loved the walk path. Everybody that has stayed here keeps in touch with them, like we do. We live approximately 90 miles away and it's a great little getaway during the warm months. Everybody that I know that has stayed here, always talk about the next time we're all going back.

My In-laws found this place and it's tucked in right next to a creek. We had the spot directly across from my In-laws and it was a nice big one. We could walk the dogs either next to the creek or take them across the street to go up the creek. The host and the owners were always nice, friendly, and alot of fun to speak with. Pretty down home place to enjoy the horse racing, casinos or just hanging out.

No cable TV for the regular sites, but the pet run is our most favorite one of all. When your in West Texas, there's not much grass. But, at Midessa they have a big dog run and it's deep, rich grass which is always taken care of and the owners live next door. The pool is nice and cool in the hot Texas sun.
