Tonopah Station RV Park, Tonopah, Nevada

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We called and were told that there were plenty of pull-throughs. We arrived within 1/2 hour, and it was obvious that that was not true. Some had been here for a while. We unhooked and stayed in a back-in. It was barely adequate for our 40' motorhome. This was an ok place, but we found that just down the street was a casino/restaurant, that offered free parking (no hook-ups) that we could have stayed. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

Leaf Verde RV Resort, Buckeye, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for two weeks plus, and were able to get in the first row by the main building and swimming pool. This is a nice park. It has friendly staff, very helpful. The laundry was very clean and large. Quiet park although the jets coming home in the late afternoon to Luke AFB could be noisy. Convenient shopping is very close. We would stay here again. We camped at Leaf Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed a week and we were pleased. We were afraid of the noise from the jets taking off from the airport, but it wasn't really a problem. It was a clean, friendly, safe park with very fun and helpful people. We would stay there again! We camped at Mission View RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Las Cruces KOA, Las Cruces, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

It is a very nice park! It is clean and well kept up. We didn't have one of the "view" spots but still had a good view of the mountains. The sites are not large, but it was adequate. We stayed 4 days in a 40' motorhome, we couldn't put our awning out as there was a tree in the way. We camped at Las Cruces KOA in a Motorhome.

Braunig Lake RV Resort, Elmendorf, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Price was right: part of CCUSA. The spaces are extremely tight. We camped for 5 days and the first one we had no neighbors so did not notice. Personnel were friendly and the laundry was clean and priced well. Lots of dryers. They fixed the gravel roads the last day we were here, so that was good. We camped at Braunig Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed via our Coast-to-Coast rate and we were disappointed. It was muddy and noisy with freeway sounds. People nice enough. Wouldn't stay there again We camped at Walkabout Camp & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bee's RV Resort, Clermont, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2010 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

We are currently staying here via our Coast-to-Coast membership. It is a very pleasant place! The staff and owner are extremely helpful and friendly and they have fun activities for all. There is a restaurant that serves dinner Tues. and Friday's and coffee and donuts every morning. The spots are a little snug, but not bad. They are grass/earth but are firm and well maintained. We would be happy to stay here again! We camped at Bee's RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The Barnyard RV Park, Lexington, South Carolina

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We actually paid less as we stayed for a month. We were there during the really cold weather in December and the water did freeze at night so we needed to rely on our water and pump every night. That was not the fault of anyone but Mother Nature! It was conveniently located for us to visit our kids in Columbia and the staff was nice. It is right behind a flea market so that can be fun. The sites are big and easy to get into. We would stay there again. We camped at The Barnyard RV Park in a Motorhome.
