We had a premium site, longer and a pull thru. Site was a little sloped front to back and side to side. I call the gravel "ankle busters" due to it being so large and would twist out from under your foot. I did notice several of the drives done in small pea limestone which looked much easier to walk on. The width was a little tight and we could not walk easily on the one side due to a tree stump in the pathway. It had an x on it so maybe they are taking it out?! The campground is very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and a nice size. We did not use or check restrooms. Several full season campers all in nice condition and friendly occupants. The Park's flowers were just beautiful, in planted baskets and beds. We have camped here before and will camp here again. Dog friendly. Due to the narrow walk around on our site, the slope and large gravel- I gave it an 8.

The office staff and grounds staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Our dogs were able to get off leash exercise (designated area) and on leash walks on the trail in back of the campground. We loved the trees and shade they provided and it was so refreshing to have trees actually in the campground! It was lit well enough to feel safe and not so much to feel like a parking lot. At the time cable was not available throughout the whole park. There were many planned activities. Beach was approximate 40 minutes drive. We met so many terrific fellow campers and I'm sure it was because of the beautiful ambiance of this campground. We enjoyed our 2 months and will be back. Nightly rate is approximate, we were there on monthly rate plus electric.

Dog friendly. Lots of things to do, golf, games, hiking. Beautiful park for hiking nearby. Clean, roomy showers and baths! Most of the staff I met was friendly. One woman was very rude but everyone else was nice. We loved the roomy sites and grassy areas. We would definitely stay here again.
