Ancient Redwoods RV Park, Redcrest, California

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

It would be a 10 except there is always room for improvement. Great location along Avenue of the Giants. Not a lot of shade and the Internet drove us crazy it would disconnect but then connect right back up. People were very friendly and most helpful. Would I stay here again? You bet ya. We camped at Ancient Redwoods RV Park in a Motorhome.

Round Top Campground, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Very disappointed. Lots of permanent residents and the campground was cluttered. Wi-Fi was extra. Would not stay again. Too many others in the area to choose from. We camped at Round Top Campground in a Motorhome.

Winterset City Campground and RV Park, Winterset, Iowa

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was great for us. We bought a new motor home in Forest City and drove here for our shake down. The place is really clean and has easy access and set-up for our rig. The bathrooms were closed but apparently there were broken water lines and the City has not had a chance to repair them. The campground just opened April 1. We toured five of the six covered bridges. Be prepared for dusty roads on the way to see them. There is one right here in the park that is in walking distance. GREAT PLACE. We camped at Winterset City Campground and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mount Carmel Motel and RV, Mount Carmel, Utah

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a older RV that is also a Motel. The Motel is very small maybe 10 rooms we did not stay or even look in any of the rooms so I can not comment on that part. Depending on how many RV's are already here the sites are OK. Slides will be OK but awnings aren't. This is located on Highway 89 about a mile from Highway 9 (east entrance to Zion is 12 miles away.) Bryce is about 60 miles north. This place is right next to the Highway but traffic noise is not bad at night and during the day it is OK. Motel and RV Park is family run. When in the area WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. We camped at Mount Carmel Motel and RV in a Motorhome.
