Sage Valley RV, Fallon, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Old, dingy park. Sites are so narrow we had to move twice to finally find a spot that our single slide out would work in. Thankfully the park was 3/4 empty so we could pick a spot Plus the length is so short on the slips that there is no way to park a truck in your spot; we parked in empty slip next door. Bathrooms are sooo small; can barely fit in the shower. Plus, was given wrong code and couldn't get correct code until the next day. I do have to say, it's pretty quiet for being on a main highway, but not a pleasant place to stay. Certainly no room or atmosphere to sit outside and enjoy an evening. A lot of full timers in old, unkept trailers living there as well. We camped at Sage Valley RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Love this place. It's like home. The staff are the best. Security gate is great. Great club house and little store has a good enough selection to go grab milk or ice or something quick for your RV. In a great area as well. Close to Target, chain restaurants, etc. I stay here 3 times a year for work, 2 weeks at a time each. I always look forward to coming back. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Oak Forest RV Park, Austin, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2009 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful Park! Out in the middle of nowhere, but very easy to get to and super nice people. The bathrooms were like individual spas. We were there in the winter so we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Can't wait to go back. We camped at Oak Forest RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rivers Edge RV Park, Sparks, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park. Right next to a city park, all redone, great trails along the river, picnic sites. Great place to walk each morning and night, and let the dogs run. Nice folks. Allot of full time residents, but it is the sign of the times. Everyone was very nice and kept their spaces nice. We were there during the Street Vibrations, and everyone had their bikes out on display at night, fun show, happy crowd. Great value too. The only negative, the airport is nearby and the planes are coming in right over your trailer. But after a few nights, you can't go to sleep without the noise of the planes! ha ha! We camped at Rivers Edge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Wine Country RV Resort, Paso Robles, California

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, but very expensive considering I was there for over 2 weeks. Three negatives; One, it was very hot and the park continually lost power, each night when I came home the trailer was over 100? inside, took all night to cool down. Two, a neighbor spilled allot of sewage when he disconnected. I reported it twice and no one ever came to clean up or cover up with kitty litter or something. The stench was horrible especially in the heat. Three, you have to pay for internet and it constantly went in and out. Couldn't get through an email without loosing connection. But I will stay again, because there isn't much choice. We camped at Wine Country RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
