If I were going to build, or buy, an RV park it would be high on my list to mimic this one to a large degree. Sites were well planned, some just a little out of level but within reason. Large pull throughs (although the south end had shorter ones that they placed the shorter rigs into). Water pressure was good, sewer hooks were great, electric was good and voltage good, pool was there well maintained and heated (although the heater broke while we were there and it cooled a bit). Bath and showers were cleaned daily, laundry was nice and tidy (although hours could be extended a bit - early close and late opening them). The folks owning and operating this campground were great friendly people - went out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable. Would, will, stay there again in a heartbeat - we spent a week with them beginning August 10 and then again returning home on the 22.

We stayed at this location on the way to our destination in early August and then again returning on the 23rd. Both visits were pleasant but the campground is a bit on the "rustic" side but very friendly and helpful. One reviewer noted the water leaks - ours did also, had to turn the faucet a bit to get it to stop - but no issues. Only issue was at 6:55 both my granddaughters walked to the pool and the owner came out and advised it was being closed (hours were supposed to be until 8pm). No reason - just sent them away. Undecided if we would stay again - price is a little high for what you receive when compared to some others. We spent night in another in VA with nicer showers, facilities, pool and leveler sites and price was $13 cheaper.

We found this campground by accident while searching for something more suitable for staying in area for family reunion. The host was excellent, services excellent, they even supplied wood for the fire ring. Several sites are right next to a small stream and dam with bubbling water and cool shade. Lovely, quiet, friendly. Since it is a newer campground they still do not have shower facilities or bath facilities, you must bring your own. I will stay there again in a heartbeat - beats the others hands down.

Turned out to be a "terrible" choice for what we thought to be a Class "A" campground. Should have taken the hint when first call was asked if they could call back, second call (when they did not return call after an hour) was hung up on and third call succeeded. Arrival the road was narrow and rough and assigned site 85: found no 50 amp service. Owner was approached and he was very rude and noted I must be mistaken. He checked and indeed no 50 amp service. He suggested I use the 30 amp for my coach in the 90 plus weather, or move. He directed me to go around and come back up the row however his directions had me making a turn that a 35 footer would have trouble with (I have 41 ft Dynasty with toad). Took a shortcut across grass and he became very angry (indentations were about an inch and grass was laid down). Owners wife came over later and delivered wood: all wet and would not burn. She remarked that, "Oh, so You are the one!" Left early this morning and will NEVER go back. The road into the place was flooded about 8 or 10 inches and owner wife watched us leave and never mentioned this to us. For a KOA I expect far, far better. Must place this one as probably the 3rd worst campground I have ever visited. Their charges were for extra adult, extra 2 children, extra for 50 amp AC and extra for AMP. I cannot expound further.

One of the very nicest parks we have stayed in during our travels. Owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. Great, honest, Christian people. When they say sites are large, they don't underestimate it. Some could handle mine towing another 40 footer. Water pressure great. Still new campground, no picnic tables (but they are working on that as I post this), no swimming pool, however owners are eyeing that possibility, no fire rings as often county regs prohibit a fire. Sites are wide and all gravel nearly level, nicely organized for hookups and ease of in and out. If you don't know what to see and do here, just ask. The owners have volumes of brochures free. Rate reflected the monthly rate which does not include electricity, we are still here, presently, and certainly plan on returning.

This is a dual-use park with mobile homes and park models in the front part, RV sites in the rear with several pull-through sites. Rest of sites are back in and a little snug, but doable. My rig needs 50 amp, they gave me a site with two 30 amp outlets and I used my bone to hook up: not the best of arrangements. Rate was site, water, and sewer: electricity was extra and cost me around $125 a month. Swimming pool was heated and great with a hot tub right next to it. Hosts could not have been better. They were there for your every need or question. Adequate, but not a destination park for us, just didn't like the area. We stayed here mid Dec through mid Feb and left.
