A very clean maintained park. All campers backed in at the same distance making the rows look nice. Parking for your car is right beside your camper. RV and car is parked on cement. Lots of nice grass. It is a Air Stream park, but will take other campers. NO shower house. But a nice big club house with restrooms. Some activities. Everything is close by at Melbourne. They do not except mail at the office, but have their own post office, if you know your address/street number. Will stay here again. No picnic tables provided. Sewer connection is under the RV when you back in. No pull throughs. This park is now for the big rigs, as the sites were shorter. Our motor home is 35 foot and had no trouble, but bigger RV's would. Call first to check.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice park and will come back again. Attendant didn't know how to park us and brought us to the site backwards. Had to back in from the passenger side, to a slanted driver's side site. Not a problem for my husband who is a truck driver and there was enough room on the street to make adjustments. Used back and forth adjustments so we would not be backing over the patio. The attendant also turned on the breaker for us, telling us the breaker was on. I turned it off, as we had not hooked our power line up yet. Other than the attendant, we enjoyed our stay. They have many activities in the club house and a big library for books. Nice park with lots of friendly people and in the office.

Good place to stay over night or for weeks. It is a small place but sites are regular sized and a lot of pull throughs. Had no trouble getting in or out of the park. Close to the freeway, but far enough away the noise level was not bad. Close to Bonaire. Very nice and friendly in the office. Was able to park our car in front or behind the RV. Publix and other business about 2 miles down the street. Lots of restaurants to choose from in Bonaire.

Used our PPA discount. Everyone in the park very friendly. Some ant piles, so be careful where you park. Streets easy to get around on. Easy to park the campers. Person in office very helpful.

A little ways from the freeway, but not hard to find. Sites large and long pull through. A little pricey for over night.

Good place to stay while traveling. Many pull throughs. Easy off and on the road. Close to gas stations.

This park is not for the big rigs. The road inside the campground is not that good and some have ruts. You slowly have to get around the trees that are close to the road's edge. It would be hard to get a large fire engine into this park if needed. Some sites easy to get into and some not so much because of the trees. The street at the entrance of the campground (inside the park) is only one lane. Tight turns. Park staff friendly. We will not stop again.

Sites are very close. Trash everywhere. Looks like a lot of campers staying the winter or are permanent, and they don't pick up after themselves. Had to pick up little bits of trash before we parked. Have stayed here before, but don't remember so much stuff laying around the campers. Just off the freeway. Picnic table needed to be fixed. Residents and owner very nice. Pool was non-usable. We used our Passport America discount. Gave a rating of 5 because of the cheaper price per night. Lot spacing was very close with some shade. Site surface was sand and featured a picnic table.

The most expensive park we stayed in. But with that said, the park is very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Many many activities. All activities are at one end of the park. Clean laundry. Nice club house and pool. Sites are large. No fire rings. Stayed one week.

Decided to stay another week, and Encore let us stay at the same discounted price. Signed up for the discounted price at a RV show. We are not Thousand Trail members. Many activities in the large club house. Had a good fish fry while we were there. Second laundry is OK, but could be updated. Stay in office very friendly and helpful. A alligator lives in the lake. Price includes a $3.00 a day resort fee. Residents very friendly. Offered up their golf cart if we needed it. Lots of traffic inside the park. Can hear the noise from the freeway, but tuned it out after a while. Wifi at the office and club house. We will go back to this park.

Date of Stay:

Sites need picnic tables. Office person was very nice, but could be more friendly. People who live in the park very friendly. Nice club house. Free wifi in club house. Small concrete patio.

Would have liked to use our Passport America pass, but there on the wrong day. It's about 5 miles off the interstate, but a quiet place to stay. Will stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. Quit and on the water. I wish who ever cleans the womens bathroom would sweep first before mopping the floors in the bathroom. Lots of hair swirled around. Other wise I would have given a 10 rating. Great place to camp. All the camp host were wonderful and helpful.

Loved this campground. Wished they had picked up all the little bits of trash around the sites. We dry camped on the jetty to see the cruise ships. Great experience and would go back again. Jetty sites are all sloping to the road. Need boards is you are staying on the jetty.
