The campground has been reduced to a small area called the Seawall just beyond hundreds of "permanent" trailers - most of which are very old and dilapidated. Gone are the days of camping anywhere you want in the large grassy meadows or near the sand dunes due to environmental concerns. The ocean views and the beach access are still very good. The outhouses are suprisingly clean but the restrooms are old and dirty.

Nice, clean campground. The facilities are top notch. The pool is heated year round and is great for kids. The only negatives are that campfires are not allowed and it is really a large parking lot with nice grassy areas in between the spaces. There is also a shuttle that transports people to the casino on a frequent schedule. It is rather loud and could be a problem at nighttime for light sleepers.

This is a nice, quiet, well maintained campground. The walk to the beach was nice; it took about 30 minutes. We spent most of our time away from the park and at the beaches (Bodega Dunes, Bodega Head and Goat Rock). Not too many amenities at the park itself, but that was not what we were looking for. We would stay here again.

We used this campground as an overnight stay. We heard traffic noise from the freeway and from Winnemucca Blvd. We arrived later in the evening and the restrooms were already locked for the night. This was quite inconvenient and required us to use the water and sewer hook-ups, which we had not intended to do. We could not vacate the park quickly enough in the morning.

This is a nice, clean RV park that we merely used as an overnight stay. I would suggest reservations if you intend to stay here. People without reservations seemed to be routed to a section of the park that was closer to the highway. The restrooms and showers were clean and the sites are well maintained. The park is adjacent to a small airport and to a more permanent trailer park. The neighborhood dogs did bark quite a bit, so it was rather noisy.

This is the nicest RV park we have visited. The sites were spacious and well maintained. The shower and restroom facilities were clean and in many cases new. There is a nice playground for the kids. They also have a nice coffee/hot cocoa bar. Our next visit here will be in a month other than June to avoid the extraordinary mosquito population.

This is a nice, clean campground. Restrooms were particularly clean. Pool is covered in winter months so the kid's enjoyed that. Good place for our 3 and 6 year old to ride their bikes. Camping here was pleasantly surprising. It would probably be pretty warm in the summer months.

This is a beautiful setting amongst the redwood trees. Sites are a bit tight and some would not be appropriate for anything other than a tent. Negotiating our 25' trailer into our site was somewhat of a challenge. Restroom facilities were clean and adequate. Nice park if you do not require any hook-ups. Close to Point Reyes. We will likely stay here again.

The river front sites seemed nice but offered limited hook-ups. The park needs to be cleaned and updated. The full hook-up sites are very close together. The staff was friendly but did not enforce the quiet hours even after they were informed of a problem. A large group was very noisy and kept us awake most of the night.
