Staff was excellent and hard working at this park! We stayed here for almost a month. The only reason we left early was that we got tired of driving twenty miles round trip into town to get Wi-Fi to check our email. Also, unless you have Verizon wireless, you have practically no cell phone coverage. I have AT&T and when I could get service, my calls would drop. I bought a Tracfone, and a Virgin Mobile phone: also no luck. I even had the manager of the Huachuca City Sprint store come out to the park to check the signal. Unfortunately both Sprint and Nextel had a very limited signal. I would stay here again if AT&T or T-Mobile were to erect a microwave tower on the park. If you are only here for one or two nights, none of this may matter. Because of this I only gave them an 8 out of 10 rating.

Nice park, except for the management. It is mostly a park model park, rather than an RV Park. The manager is a very authoritative person, big brother is watching type. Rules are enforced except for her friends and employees. We stayed here a month. During that time the spa was broken twice, and the pool was dirty several times. During the Thanksgiving holiday, four day weekend, the staff was off and the bathroom, (the only one for the entire park), and the spa became filthy. I pointed this out to the manager which got me on her bad side. There is no gate to the park, because of this and numerous thefts in the area, residents have to lock up their bicycles and golf carts. I would not stay here again with the present management.
