We stayed here for the whole month of March. This is and excellent park, well cared for, and very friendly employees. They have three swimming pools, one of which is heated and indoors for adults only. In the same building is a hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise equipment, showers, and laundry. There are also three other laundrys and bathrooms located in the park. The sites are very roomy and well kept. No seasonals that are obvious except for about a dozen new and well kept park models around the outside of the back row. There is even an onsite "River Rock Saloon" which has a happy hour each day and live western entertainment on Saturday evenings. All in all, a VERY nice place to stay for a long term or winter. Central to many Hill Country attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a month and will not stay again for long term. Monthly rate was $325 which included cable TV hookup. WiFi was very slow and cost $25/month additional. The noise and dust from the Texas DOT yard right across the fence was too much for us. Most of the park is permanent or seasonable sites with the RV sites along the fence next to the DOT yard. The bathrooms and showers were VERY clean and the laundry was clean also. Cost was #1.25/load for both washers and dryers. Sites were average in size but no grass to speak of. In addition, the whole park is on hill so you had to walk or ride your bike either up or down hill all the time. This park is fine for an overnight or short term stay as it is close to San Antonio attractions. WallMart is about three miles away and Sam's Club about 1 mile.

Very clean and pleasant park. Has nice store with ice cream available until 10:00PM. Large clean pool and adjacent arcade, activities during the day for kids. Sites are large and convienient to both single track and dual track trails in adjacent state land. Owners and managers are very friendly. We will definitely stay there again!
