Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

I would never return to this park. Very small lots and no room for parking your vehicle or anything else. No Wi-Fi service and only one pool for 1100 sites which is full at peak season. I was going to stay a week but left after one night. We camped at Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Tucson / Lazydays KOA, Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean park, but they have some security issues. Bikes getting stolen, things like that. No views, but quiet and clean. Shopping is close and Camping World on site. Service on site. No shade but has a dog park. Pools & spa's are clean. Lots are large and again the park very clean. Would not go back because of the security issues. We camped at Tucson / Lazydays KOA in a Motorhome.

Catalina State Park, Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The views are fabulous! The hiking is limitless, nice and peaceful. Wi-Fi card & cell works great. The only issue is that volunteers run the check-in and it was problematic getting back into the park each time. I would live there full time if I could. Super Wal-Mart just down the road, plenty of shopping. We camped at Catalina State Park in a Motorhome.

Buckskin Mountain SP (River Island Unit), Parker, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

I plan on going back to Parker just to stay at this park. It was very peaceful, great for hiking and bike riding. Wi-Fi service good, but no cell phone service. I only stayed for the weekend, but I missed it as soon as I left. If you are driving through Parker make sure you stop at the Crossroad Cafe, wonderful food & service. We camped at Buckskin Mountain SP (River Island Unit) in a Motorhome.

Crazy Horse Campgrounds, Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Great views, very quiet, staff is accommodating. No Verizon service at all. Well water (really bad). Campgrounds was pretty clean considering that spring breaker just ended. Plenty of shopping & food in walking distance. I would return to this park. I planned on staying one week, but stated two. We camped at Crazy Horse Campgrounds in a Motorhome.
