This is not a destination but is good for an overnight stay. Gravel roads and sites, shared WE posts. Sewer connection was odd in that it required waste to flow uphill. Because utilities are shared, your coach door opens out to the neighbor's coach door so you get to know your neighbor. Place was quiet and it is clear that this park and its owners are trying to make it a nice place to stay but there is still some work to do. Permanents are separated from the overnighters but there is only one laundry and the permanent residents kept the machines busy. Area is industrial in nature. Visit nearby Green River for a nice little town atmosphere. We would stay here again but only for overnight.

Beautiful park with asphalt roads, and concrete sites with FHU and big rig friendly roads and sites. Verizon mifi received 4G signal. Well away from freeway noise. Friendly staff and pride of ownership makes this park look fresh and clean. Close to grocery shopping and fast food as well as fuel. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful, decent store, okay laundry (needed cleaning), gravel roads and dirt sites. Shared utilities so patio areas are shared as well. Treed park that was quiet and orderly. Gas pumps available to fill up before you pull out. Some permanent residents kept the laundry busy making it difficult for us overnighters to get laundry done. Close to restaurants, stores and Pocatello city proper. No road noise or trains to contend with. We would stay here again.

Friendly, efficient staff, nice store, clean laundry, plenty of room between sites. Gravel roads and sites. FHU utilities in good working order. Verizon mifi worked well. Clean and quiet. Lots of big rigs had plenty of room for length and slides. Fuel located nearby. We would stay here again.

This is NOT a destination. It part of the fairgrounds and is a dirt lot with water/electric sites that are quite narrow. We don't have any slides and we found it cramped. Site was dirt and sloped a bit so we had to use the rarely used leveling blocks. When we got here there were some sketchy types hanging out smoking and drinking but they left the next day. Water/electric worked well. Nothing for kids to do but run around dodging traffic. We stayed here 3 nights as nothing else was available. This park is okay for adults with small rigs who need an overnight stop. We might stay here again if the need ever arises.

Had business in Colorado Springs for a few days but all the highly rated parks were full, so we stayed in Fountain. Asphalt roads, level gravel site, with concrete patio, patio table, 4 chairs, BBQ and a metal chiminea. We opted for the deluxe site as it had a sewer connection. The water/electric sites were on grass with none of the above amenities. Nice clean park whose only drawback is the many freight trains that rumbled close by blowing their horns. Suppose there is nothing the park can do about that, but if you are at all noise sensitive, this is not the place for you. We were not bothered as it was hot and we kept our A/C on all night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Park is close to grocery market and various places in town of interest. Level dirt/gravel site. Full hookup utilities worked well. Nice grass area and picnic table at each site. It was a busy weekend so rigs were stacked in the place like cord word but each site had enough room to breathe. Cable TV worked well. Verizon signal was good for both cell and data. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice park if you are in the area for a day or two. We would stay here again.

Hard packed dirt roads, level dirt site with a little grass. Full hookup utilities worked well. Cable TV promised but no access at our site. Guy that greeted us was kind of out there but the manager was nice. Not much to say really, for a KOA this place was on the lower end but clean and tidy. Okay for an overnight stay on your way to somewhere else.

Our first impression of the grounds was abandoned drive-in movie. Spots are fairly level and a little close and the grounds could use some weeding and a little attention to neaten them up. Utilities worked, cable was good. Did not try the wifi so cannot comment. Yes, the trains come by and are noisy, and there was an obnoxious ice cream vendor truck cruising the neighborhood with very loud music playing. It was so hot, we kept our AC on the entire time we were here so, once inside our rig, we were not bothered by much. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This is not a destination park although they try very hard to justify the expensive rate. This park has a few long term residents which were not a problem at all. The sites were fairly level, utilities in working order. We did not try the cable or the wireless so we cannot comment on that. It is a good spot for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This is not a destination RV park at all, but rather a park with many permanent residents. The place is older but kept very nicely as were the permanent sites. Friendly staff guided us to our spot. Level gravel site, newer electrical posts, and good water and sewer hookups. No cable, and with the large shade trees, satellite signal is iffy. We were able to pull in "on air" TV with our bat wing antenna. Convenient to downtown Yuba City and Marysville. Relatively quiet at night. Clean laundry, restrooms, and showers. We stayed here for 3 nights and would stay here again.

Concrete pad, surrounded by green grass. Site was level, water and electrical good, and sewer connections at the back of the space and at the front of the space. Facilities are new looking; very neat and tidy. Staff was friendly. Only real complaint was road noise and dogs barking across the road. We had a back-in site. Next time we will opt for a pull thru site to mitigate the road and dog noise. I suppose there is nothing the park can do about loud music and motorcycles going by late at night. All in all, we enjoyed 2 nights here and would come here again. Rate is with VKR discount.

This was our first stay at a KOA campground, so we did not know what to expect. The sites are very narrow and cramped. There were many screaming children (we were not far from the play area) and rude adults with children in tow wanting to cut through our campsite to get to the play area. Things did quiet down after 10 pm and road noise from Hwy 101 was not audible. Water, electric and sewer hookups were in working order. We did use the laundry which was neat and clean with big commercial dryers; not the little stacked type. Staff was friendly. All in all, it was not a bad stay as we were away from our campsite during the day. Place is quite worn, but it is clean. Don't really want to stay here again as we are not into "family" camping.

Rate reflects a motor home, toad, and the $8 fee ReserveAmerica tacks on to make a reservation. Check-in process was easy and efficient. Space was nice size and landscaped for privacy while using the picnic table. We were in the A loop and had a view of the ocean. No sewer at our site, but we did have cable TV, electric and water. This was a nice park and the rangers had programs for kids and adults. We will definitely stay here again.

Nightly rate reflects a motor home, toad, and the $8 fee ReserveAmerica tack on for a reservation. We've stayed here before and we were not disappointed. Water, electric and sewer connections were all working. We stayed in the A loop. Site seemed level enough and the check-in process went well. Sites are a little narrow, but we don't have any slides so we were okay. We would stay here again.
