South Bay RV Campground, South Bay, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was nice except the sites were close together. There is a lot of noise from trucks on the highway that runs along the west side of the campground. The showers were nice and they have washers and dryers available. The Wi-Fi was very slow and only worked part of the time. We camped at South Bay RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Rutledge Lake RV Park, Fletcher, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are very close. My neighbors sewer hose is about 4 feet from the back of my RV. They claim to have WiFi but it's slower than dial up. Temperature was 91 degrees here today. That is not my idea of mountain weather. We camped at Rutledge Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Dead Horse Point State Park, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed 7 days at this wonderful park in the desert. While staying here we visited Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. Great vistas at Dead Horse Point and a nice place to watch the sunset. The only negative is the lack of water hook ups but we had a full tank when we arrived and 10 gallons in containers. We filled our containers in Moab while on our day trips. Also, there is water available at the restroom. We camped at Dead Horse Point State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Huntington Beach State Park, Murrells Inlet, South Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This was once a wonderful campground but it has gone downhill aver the last couple of years. Trash dumpsters were difficult to use and some people were putting their trash on the ground beside the dumpster. Dog waste was on the beach and on the boardwalk to the beach. Kids were riding around and around the campground on golf carts. We camped at Huntington Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cochrane Pond Family Campground, St John's, Newfoundland

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The worst campground I've ever seen. Dogs running loose, loud music playing until midnight, site 6 had a water hose in the sewer connection that looked like it had been used to clean out a clogged line because it had what appeared to be dried toilet paper and other material from the sewer on it and on the electrical hook up beside it. We camped at Cochrane Pond Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Paradise Farm Trailer Park, Bonavista, Newfoundland

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

One of my favorites. Owned and operated by Chris and Colette , two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I chose the site I wanted, set up, and a couple of hours later Colette came by to register us. She brought maps and other information of the area. She answered all our questions and marked on the map places we asked about. We camped at Paradise Farm Trailer Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Corbin / Laurel Lake KOA, Corbin, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2005 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Wifi is available but you have to pay for it. The campground is poorly laid out. I had to drive through 3 sites to get to the one that was assigned to me. The entrance door of the trailer in the next site faced mine and our picnic tables were side by side. We camped at Corbin / Laurel Lake KOA in a Travel Trailer.
