Cabot RV Park, Cabot, Arkansas

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are very tight in the transient row. Many permanent rigs and some quite messy. Had some druggies behind us who were rather scary. Wi-Fi did not work. Nice field to walk dogs. No one in office as there is no office. Only one washer and dryer. We camped at Cabot RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mingo RV Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean park. Sites are really tight. The saving factor is there is a privacy fence between the sites. Escort to site and explanation of hookups was nice. We camped at Mingo RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sundowner West Camper and Recreational Park, Salina, Kansas

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects weekly rate. Long, pull-through sites and fairly level. Some trash blown through the campground. Nice pond stocked with fish. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very quiet. No noise from highway or permanent residents. A flock of geese to eat your stale bread. Laundry is fine - 5 washers. Take a site close to the pond away from the rest of the crowd. We camped at Sundowner West Camper and Recreational Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Kearney RV Park and Campground, Kearney, Nebraska

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

It is over priced for a parking lot. The sites are not level. Only two washers/dryers. Dogs are allowed to run loose. The trash was all around dumpster, not inside. Booked for three nights, stayed two. Would be better off dry camping. We camped at Kearney RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

St George RV Park & Campground, Saint George, Utah

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $30.00

This park is occupied with old permanents. Poor Wi-Fi, but good cable. No place to walk the dog, except in a nasty pit. Highway noise is loud. Would not recommend other than an overnight on the way to Zion. We camped at St George RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Grand Canyon Camper Village, Tusayan, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $50.00

Hook ups and Wi-Fi worked fine. Site was level. This is an open field with no amenities. Showers cost $.25 a MINUTE! Bring your supplies. A gallon of milk at the local market is $6 and a box of Triskets is $5. Propane is $4.50 a gallon. However, you are only a mile from the park entrance. We camped at Grand Canyon Camper Village in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the only game in town. Sites are tight and un-level. Very poor Wi-Fi. However; tours of the valley are excellent. Grocery shop before you go as the local market is expensive and closest grocery store is 25 miles. We camped at Goulding's Lodge & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
