Magnolia RV Park Resort, Vicksburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: March, 2006 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Gravel roads and pads were in pretty good shape. Very quiet while we were there. Sites were too narrow for our liking. Neighbor's slideout was within 5 feet of our door. OK for a one night stay. We camped at Magnolia RV Park Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Lake Bruin State Park, Saint Joseph, Louisiana

Date of Stay: August, 2005 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Nice campground. Very quiet. The roads are mostly one way and pretty narrow but we didn't have any problems maneuvering around. The lake is a very nice ox bow lake with a small swimming area, fishing piers and boat rentals. There was a nice play ground for the kids in the day use area. At some of the sites the picnic table is on the wrong side of the pad, ours was behind our trailer. We didn't have room to open our awning because the site was paralell to the street. Most other sites were laid out much better. We camped at Lake Bruin State Park in a Travel Trailer.
