Beautiful, a first class Motorcoach Resort. Sites are large with plenty of room for a 45 ft. coach and your tow vehicle. Amenities include 4 swimming pools & hot tubs, 18 hole golf course, fitness center, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, clean restrooms and showers, most sites include an outdoor kitchen and sitting area. Sites located around the Golf Course offer breath taking views of ponds with water features and beautiful flowers. This resort is absolutely the most beautiful, relaxing place I have ever stayed. They also have lots of activities including a party almost every weekend. Note: some of the activities are for owners only. All the lots are privately owned and some are rented out when the owner is not using it. The resort is gated and secure with 24 hr. security on site. If you are ever in this area you really won't regret staying here. I give it a 10++

Very nice campground, big rig friendly. Located on the Columbia River with a very nice grass and beach area. Camp site was plenty big enough for our Beaver motor coach. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Not a bad place to stay but just a warning if you are in an RV 40 ft. or longer. Entering and exiting on the main road are pretty tight especially if your towing a car. Park itself was nice for an older park. Our rig is 40 ft. and we were towing. When checking in we were given a spot to the rear of the office. I asked if I needed to disconnect the car and was told, "No, should be fine." Well we barely got the RV around a corner we had to negotiate, and that was after I went ahead had disconnected the car. We had a crowd as we tried to make that corner with a tree right there on the edge of it. We ended up putting some pretty bad scratch's in the paint from the tree branchs. If we would have been placed in one of the pull through sites beside the office this would not have happened, they did have spots available there. I did return to the office and let the lady know I would not send anymore 40 ft. RV's to those sites. So, you might want to do a pre-check on the site they put you in. We will probably stay here again, just not in those back of office sites.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. The only negative we ever had was when we choose a site next to the pond. The geese like to leave presents for you to step in so you have to watch you step. Other than that it's always been a good place to hang out while seeing the sights in the area. Yes, it's close to the freeway, but honestly the road noise was never an issue with us. Easy to maneuver our 40 ft. Beaver in and out of and a very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

One of our favorite places to stay when traveling through Red Bluff. This park is beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this park when your in the area. I don't think you will be disappointed. We stayed here in a 40 ft. Beaver RV with a tow car and had plenty of room to maneuver.

We spent one night here on our way to Arkansas. It was a nice, quiet park with good sites available. The owners were very nice people. I actually left an expensive camera ($800.00) on the pick nick table at our camp site. The owners looked up my cell phone number and alerted me to this very soon after we left the park. That says a lot to me about the character of these people. I would definitely stay here again.
