Overall Rating:

We enjoyed this park. The scenery was nice and we enjoyed the pond. The management was very nice and helpful. It was convenient to things to do in Jacksonville and we would stay again. Hopefully the weather is better next time. We camped at Flamingo Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Red Gate Campground & RV Resort, Savannah, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This park was not your ordinary park but that's what we loved about it. If you love plenty of room, large oak trees, ponds and wildlife, you will enjoy this park. I read some reviews that I couldn't disagree more with. The red bus was here but I was informed they were given 30 days notice to leave. However, I didn't think it was bad at all. The management was very helpful and provided us with information on things to do in the area. Many of the sites didn't have much shade, but ours did. This park has a lot of character and the potential is incredible. We have already recommended the park to some of our friends and we will return. We camped at Red Gate Campground & RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort & Marina, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Date of Stay: February, 2010 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This park was on the river and was very nice and well maintained. Our Wi-Fi worked in some areas, but not in our motorhome. The sites are privately owned and the staff was helpful. The park was located close to everything and we would go back. We camped at Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.
