Rate shows cash discount. Only water and electric sites with a dump station on the way out. New managers continue to make improvements to this park. New playground for kids. Pull thru sites are long and wide. Water and power service great. Aerial TV stations are limited in this area. WiFi signal weak and could not use thus the rating. Telecom stick worked well. Very friendly and helpful managers. Will stop here again when in the area.

Rate shows Good Sam discount for one night. All RV sites are pull-thru with grass patio. All services worked well, but note that water pressure is high and need a pressure reducing device to avoid pipe damage. WiFi was lighting fast with instant response. Aerial TV reception provided clear picture. Was quiet notwithstanding location near Highway 16. Staff friendly and helpful. Distance to Saskatoon is not significant. Would stay here again when next in area.

Office staff are so-so. I've seen better, but experienced worse. Power, water, sewer and cable were good, but Wi-Fi was non-existent. Office suggested that I needed to contact my service provider and change my settings which made no sense considering that over 5-years of travel and well over 100 different campgrounds/parks our current settings work very well. For this reason we would not stay here again. If you do not need WiFi then this would be an okay place.

Rate reflects weekly stay. Good power and cable selections were good. Good size pool. WiFi was very poor when we first arrived but some software changes were made during our stay and was better but not great. Convenient location. Courteous staff. One of our favorite stops and will stay here again when next in the area.

Friendly and courteous staff. Rate reflects Good Sam discount. All services were in good working order and WiFi was strong. Good cable selections. Sites are paved with grass between sites. Only negative we had was the extensive side slope of some of the sites that are off about 4 inches over 8 feet. Nonetheless we would stay here again when next in the area.

Follow KOA instructions to access campground taking exit 101. Do not take exit 100 as there is a serious sharp dip in the road at the 2nd stop sign that will likely damage your RV. Very friendly and helpful staff both in office and outside. Quiet campground. Power voltage was strong and steady and other services were good including cable. Wi-fi was very strong and reliable. Would stay again when in area.

Quiet campground with friendly staff and owners. All services worked well including cable. They have Wi-Fi at an extra cost, but offer first half-hour free. Signal was very strong during that half-hour which was all that we used. Site was level and campground appears well maintained. Would stay again if ever in this area.

In high season appears to be lots to do without leaving the campground. Level site. Services were good including cable and Wi-Fi. Highway 20 runs by the campground, but traffic not a real issue. Railway line is only used during daytime by a tour train that runs to the coast and picks up at the campground. Only issue we had was with the somewhat lazy site maintenance personnel who raked up the fallen leaves into small piles in the RV sites and burned rather than pick them up and at least burn them in the large firepits. We had 5-burn spots with lots of ashes to walk over or around. Would stay again if in area.

There are 2 access points from Highway 12. The west end one is a rough section of road to the top of the dike while that from the east is smoother, but twisty. Road on top of dike more narrow than the 12, but is not that difficult. The campground in off the dike and thus a hill in and out but not nasty. Friendly staff and level site. Services worked well and had very strong free Wi-Fi. Aerial TV reception was good. They recycle now. Staff were in the process of doing some serious limbing of trees and no one should have an issue for a few years. Good games room. Only issue we had was the garbage pick-up early (pre-dawn) on one of the nights we were here, otherwise we found it to be very quiet. Would stay again should we ever be in the area.

Very friendly staff. Services were in good working order. Good working Wi-Fi. Aerial TV provided a good selection of channels once we correctly pointed our antenna. Our site was not that level side to side but managed to level with extra blocking. Would stay here again.

A couple night's stay at end of their season. Services worked well with good Wi-Fi and cable. Only negative we encountered was the tree limbs that need a serious trimming. At our site we could not have extended our awning if we had wanted due to limbs. Traffic noise not all that serious.

This KOA offers the appearance of neglect in many ways and an owner who is reluctant to provide the funding to fix various issues. Large tree on entering the campground should be removed as it requires one to very carefully maneuver around it. In addition there were a great number of bushes needing serious trimming along the lane we needed to travel to get to our site. Power voltage was on the low side, but water and sewer were okay. Cable TV was good. While the campground offers wi-fi, it is non-existent. Office staff who were friendly as can be, suggested at check-in that there were problems with the service. When we attempted to connect, we were instructed to reconfigure our computer notwithstanding we have had the same configuration at every other campground for the past 5-years. Other secured wi-f connections were available only we did not have the code; but, they dod not require reconfiguration. Office staff were unable to offer any help on this one, although they apologized. Owner will have to invest some funds to fix a number of issues for us to return.

Rate reflects a monthly rate; daily rate is $39. Park is part of a small farm (eggs and some veggies) and is probably one of the more unique and delightful parks we have stayed at. All sites are pull-thru, spacious, and level. Services (power a constant 121-123 volts) were great and Wi-Fi was very strong. Lots of biking and hiking opportunities. Many golf courses to choose from. Very quiet park. We fed produce peelings to hens and they sell the pastured eggs at a great price. If it were not for winter conditions arriving, we would have stayed longer. Rating this park less than a 10 would be an injustice. Definitely will return again.

Rate reflects KOA Value Card discount with tax. Stayed one night on our travel east to west. Gravel roadways (with non-severe concrete speed bumps) need a lot of gravel to fill in mud holes; sites are gravel and ours was level. All services were good, but Wi-Fi is only available at the store, or in an open air gazebo which in October is not acceptable. We fortunately used our Bell stick which worked great. While it is after peak season campground seems rundown and needs some TLC. Cutting of tree limbs would be a bonus. Not what I would class as a typical KOA.

Rate reflects 10% cash discount. This City campground is privately operated and they are making a lot of improvements including new playground. Our pull through site was long and wide and did not need much to bring level side to side. None of the sites are sewer serviced but they do have a honey wagon as well as an unique sewer dump station. Services were good although electrical voltage was on low but not danger level. Used Bell stick for internet and air channels were okay. Would have no problem staying here again.
