Very well kept RV park. Some shade trees but sites w/ satellite avail. Pull throughs w/ good utilities. Interesting town, ask owner for info./map. Some very nice homes built in the 1880's. Moab Rim RV Campark & Cabins, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This is our third visit to this campground in 6 years. (40' coach with slides.) Nice clean RV park. Gravel roads and sites with concrete pad and sidewalk to your unit. Also, satellite friendly. Owners friendly and helpful. Did not agree with the other reviewer who said it was noisy! Overlooks the highway into Moab, but far enough away not to be of any concern. Hope to stay here again in future visits to the fantastic area. We camped at Moab Rim RV Campark & Cabins in a Motorhome.

The Wagon Wheel Guest Ranch (formerly The Wooden Spoke Guest Ranch), Snyder, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

Don't know what the beef is by former reviewers. This was a DUDE RANCH converted to a camp ranch. Owner returned calls. Ate dinner w/ owner is very friendly. Cafe open when they have groups in. Food was very good and reasonable. Out under Texas sky, very quiet. About 1-1/4 mi. from Hwy. 84, paved roads to and into CG. Sites on slight slants, roomy, semi shaded some w/ fire pits. Verizon phone worked fine. Roof mounted satellite OK too. Stayed in 40' MH w/ pull car in one of their pull throughs. Would stay here again. Price was Passport America Member. We camped at The Wagon Wheel Guest Ranch (formerly The Wooden Spoke Guest Ranch) in a Motorhome.

Great, great campground! Has roomy sites with concrete pads. They are Camp America and Passport members. Very clean rest rooms, showers and laundry! Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice town with a Wal-Mart, Lowes also truck stops for fuel. Three small casinos with good food. Camped in a 40 footer. Would be a ten but the wide roads to sites are gravel and dusty. Elevation is 4,000 feet: cool nights and moderate days. Look forward to returning here. They also take other discount cards. Price is Passport Member price. Scenic View RV Park, Ninilchik, Alaska

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The most friendly and giving host/owners we ever met in over 20 years of Rving! Were greeted w/ smoked salmon and later, home made clam chowder. Group campfire, took us clamming and sightseeing in their 4x4 mule. Host and hostess are just great and the view is incredible. Stayed in 40' MH, fellow travelers in 40' foot MH felt the same. We camped at Scenic View RV Park in a Motorhome.
