Riverbend Campground, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived without a reservation. Sites were big enough for a 31' class A motorhome. We parked by river which was very nice and quiet. Park was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the internet access did not connect even with their password, so we were unable to use it. Signage could be better. Not sure if we would have found it without GPS. Overall, if they had working Wi-Fi, we would stay again. We camped at Riverbend Campground in a Motorhome.

St. John's RV Park, St Augustine, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived with reservation at 6:30 pm and found office closed. The site map was taped to office door. This park is advertised on I-95 but we would not have been able to stay if we just pulled off the highway. The signage for park is not easy to see from the road and we almost missed it. We had a 31' class A motorhome and had difficulty parking it due to tight spacing for backing up. There are a lot of poorly maintained RV's that look like they have been here a long time. In the back are some permanent mobile homes in dire need of repair. We had originally planned on staying for two nights but after seeing park decided only to stay for one. We were not impressed. We camped at St. John's RV Park in a Motorhome.
