Great park. Friendly staff. Enjoyed potluck twice in 2 wks. Plenty of activities. Concrete patios are great! Verizon 4 of 5 bars. Showers: 3.5 of 5. Recycling: disappointing - aluminum cans only, reciprocals were not labeled so no one knows what/where they are and what should be included. Also, nothing in printed material. When are RV parks going to become part of "the solution" instead of "the problem?"

Very nice park. Quiet. Was near back, so highway noise was minimal. Verizon 3 bars of 5. Bathrooms 3.5 of 5. Did not use park's WiFi. Recycling: disappointing - aluminum cans only, reciprocals were not labeled so no one knows what/where they are and what should be included. Also, nothing in printed material. Wonderful stay! Off-season, so plenty of room. Beautiful low-country wooded park. Lovely hiking area around the lake. You CAN hear the Interstate from everywhere in the park. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Bathrooms were clean, but old..I'd rate as 3 of 5. Verizon service was 4 of 5 bars. Free WiFi at Lodge worked well. VERY happy to see this park recycle. Would REALLY like to see ALL parks recycling!

Wonderful stay! Off-season, so was very quiet and plenty of room. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Bathrooms were clean, but old..I'd rate as 3 of 5. Verizon service was 4 of 5 bars. Free WiFi at Adult Lodge was useless, so staff gave us complimentary passes to Tengo, which we could never get to work. VERY happy to see this park recycle. Would REALLY like to see ALL parks recycling!

Love this place! Second year I've done a one-night stopover. This park deserves MUCH MORE than an one-night sleepover! The amenities are wonderful and the park is super clean. The rate cited does NOT include a $7 park fee. Verizon coverage was 2 bars of 5. Site #31 was listed for a 40-footer. Our 39-ft trailer on a long truck fit...just. Note these sites do NOT have sewer. Beautiful, isolated, and quiet. We'd return again but only if we can stay longer.

We LOVE Thousand Trails Verde Valley. We have stayed at 9 Thousand Trails parks and this is our favorite. Of course, the area is simple wonderful: Sedona, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, and wacky Jerome. The staff and amenities are great. North of Section H is a gate in the fence to walk a public land road, so you can walk the dog without a leash. We were never close enough to the Family Center or Pool Lounge to use the Wi-Fi signal; but when we would go there it was usually strong enough for video (though they ask you not to hog it by watching movies). Verizon coverage for phone and hotspot was usually 3 of 5 bars. The site sizes are great; fit 38 ft 5th wheel and long truck and car with no problem in both Sections H and C. Bathrooms get a 5 of 10. Like virtually all parks we have been to, they only recycle aluminum cans, which is disappointing that RV park management doesn't care enough about our grand-children's future planet to has a complete program. Current program does not help us, since aluminum cans are unhealthy containers AND usually have unhealthy contents. Recycling for everything else is conveniently in the WalMart parking lot in Cottonwood. BTW, both Cottonwood and Sedona have great, healthy grocery stores. Love Verde Valley and will return often!

Very nice park…super convenient to Camping World - which we needed this time. We were very fortunate to get a reservation for the opening weekend of the ABQ Balloon Fiesta with only two-weeks notice. Flat rate for Fiesta-time for nice pull-through (without sewer hook-up) was $49. Site was so long we did not need to detach our long F-250 from 38’ 5th-wheel. Waste dump was easy access when leaving. Verizon coverage was 3 of 5 bars. WiFi from lodge was unusable half way back in the park. Showers were 7.5 of 10; but women’s room was lacking good lighting and hooks/shelves. Overall, great place. Fun park office/store memorializing Historic Route 66! Would recommend and stay again.

Great park…super value. Spent two nights here with an electric and water hook-up. Waste dump is easy on the way out. It is not crowded here in early October, but the dogs across the highway were just as loud as when we visited one year ago. Verizon coverage was 3 of 5 bars. Did not use restroom showers, as they locked the buildings at night, when we intended to use them. Ranger was very helpful in allowing us to stay until 9pm on check-out day, due to significant winds on the highways that afternoon. Would definite recommend this park.

Great place! Friendly staff – I would have taken 2 days to wedge our 5th-wheel into Site #11 without staff help. We were just happy to get the place, since it is quite in-demand in the spring and summer. The rate shown is based on a weekly rate. It is a small park, but clean and convenient to the foothill of the Rockies and Loveland. Bathroom/showers were cozy, but clean: 4 of 5. Verizon was 2 of 5 bars. Head back into Loveland 2 minutes for the Devil’s Backbone Open Area. Great walks and glorious views!

What a delight! We were only there two nights and used none of the amenities as we were there to visit family and friends in the area. Very convenient to downtown. The park is beautifully maintained, concrete roadways and level pads. No problem navigating with 60-foot F-250 and 38-ft 5th-wheel. Bathrooms were immaculate! Quiet. Verizon was 4 of 5 bars. Would definitely recommend and return.

We always enjoy this TT park. Were here for two months. Rate reflects TT membership. Bathrooms are 6 of 10. Verizon coverage is 3 of 5 bars. They claim WiFi from activity center is good :on the hill" - in the G-section, however we could not get a reliable signal in either G-5 or G-9. Just completely re-built the hot tub; it is VERY nice. Gate staff is GREAT! We'll be back next winter!

Date of Stay:

Be sure and notice that most of the sites do Not have sewer hook-up. Only 7 sites in area near amenities (and few of them are "personal" or "handicap.") Other dozen 30-amp sites with sewer are off in the "boonies." Rate reflects TT membership. Bathrooms are 5 of 10. Verizon coverage 1 or 2 bars of 5.

Date of Stay:

Wonderful, short, overnight stay. This would be a great destination park as it has the "world's largest open air swimming pool" (fed by hot springs). Mine was a 11PM arrival and 8 AM departure. Easy pull-throughs, some 30 and some 50 amp/cable. $14/$17, does not include $7 park entry fee (if you do not have TX park pass). Verizon 3 bars of 5. No Wi-Fi. I would return!

I had forgotten how much fun it is to not panic at the appearance of the "coziness" of this park! But, despite the thousand palm trees (one of two between each site) - and thus the name of this Palm Spring "suburb" - it really is OK to get around; even in a 38 foot, 5th-wheel and long-bed truck. The rate indicates we are TT members. This is a busy place in November after the snow-birds arrive, but pleasant. Bathrooms 7 of 10. Verizon 3 bars of 5.

Date of Stay:

Very unusual experience. A beautifully maintained and managed 55+ resort. A lot of "permanent" snow-bird mobile homes. Immaculate grounds, pool and hot tub. Activities galore...we had time for none of them. Rate reflects an Encore "weekly special" rate. Very generous paved roads and gravel site with concrete patio pads. No cable or Wi-Fi. Verizon service was 4 of 5 bars. We would definitely return.
