American RV Park & Kamp , Murdo, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This park was overpriced. The road noise from the interstate was bad but tolerable. We will be traveling thru this area again but will pass up this campground! We camped at American RV Park & Kamp in a Fifth Wheel.

I agree with the earlier reviews for this RV park. It was with great pleasure that we stayed here and saw the owners working very hard. I wish them great luck! We camped at Craters of the Moon / Arco KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Martin Camper Park, Joliet, Illinois

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

The Interstate noise is terrible. The driveway into the park is full of chuckholes-about 6" deep. When we arrived the grass had not been cut for a long time. While there, they did get out a lawn mower and gave it a lick and a promise. If we return to Joliet we will find another park We camped at Martin Camper Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Branson Stagecoach Campground, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2006 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

The owners recently purchased this park (about 2 years ago). They go out of their way to make you welcome and are very hard workers. While we had not stayed here before it is obvious that they are making improvements and it should be rated a 10 soon.We had a great time and will return to enjoy this park again. We camped at Branson Stagecoach Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Pacific Dunes Ranch and RV Resort, Oceano, California

Date of Stay: August, 2005 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is an expensive park; weekend rates are $40 per night. The sites are narrow and there is NO grass anywhere. The ocean is not close, even though the parks ads indicates a short walk to the beach. For anyone wanting to ride ATV's this would be great. We camped at Pacific Dunes Ranch and RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Oak Park, Simi Valley, California

Date of Stay: August, 2005 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This park is expensive for what you get. In addition to the nightly rate they have a $5 charge to use the dump. There are two rv sites. One is next to the railroad and the other is a converted parking lot for a picnic area. This park needs a lot of upkeep and cleaning. The local laws do not allow parking in the nearby Wal-Mart. We camped at Oak Park in a Fifth Wheel.
