Midway RV Park, Centralia, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We were really pleased with this park. The people in the office were very helpful and friendly, offering to come get our propane tank and fill it so we didn't have to bring it to the office. The sites are level and very ample length. The Wi-Fi was strong. I took a star off because they didn't have picnic tables, but the grass, trees and bushes were pretty and well maintained. We camped at Midway RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Sites are long enough to stay hooked up for overnight stays. There are big shade trees and grass between the sites. Friendly staff. This is our second visit here, and we'll continue to stay when in the area. We camped at Visalia / Sequoia National Park KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Sac West RV Park and Campground, West Sacramento, California

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

The rate stated is for a weekend. Sites are tight. The wi-fi was very weak, even though we were just on the second row from the office. We needed help with the dump site, and someone was there immediately to help out. It's a busy place with lots going on. We'll stay here in the future when in the area. We camped at Sac West RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Jack's Landing RV Resort, Grants Pass, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We love this park! We've stayed here several times, and even though there is some freeway noise, it never bothered us at all. Sites are paved, grass is trimmed, shade trees are between sites, and there's lots of room. We camped at Jack's Landing RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Needles KOA, Needles, California

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This was our second visit to this park. The sites are large and private with flowering hedges between each one. The staff was very friendly, and wi-fi worked well. They have a cute, little store. Everything was clean and neat. We'll be going back when in the area. We camped at Needles KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the owners and staff were. (They trimmed tree limbs so they wouldn't hit the roof, and rearranged things for us because we needed to stay longer). It's a wooded park with nice big sites, easy access in and out. The laundry room was one of the cleanest we've used. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake Creek Campground (Yukon Government), White River, Yukon

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

We love this wooded campground. Our site was huge, more than enough room for our 34 foot 5th wheel. It was one of 2 that are right on the creek. There are 2 or 3 pull-through sites that would have worked for us, too. We stay in this campground on every trip through the Yukon. We didn't use the pit toilets, but others we were with reported that they were clean. We camped at Lake Creek Campground (Yukon Government) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tetsa River Regional Park, Fort Nelson, British Columbia

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This park is wonderful, wooded, and many sites border the Tetsa River. It has no hook-ups, so it is for dry camping. The camp hosts are very friendly and helpful. These are back-in sites and we did find one long enough for our 34 ft. 5th wheel. It took a bit of maneuvering to back in, but we had plenty of room and a large site. It's a lovely setting, quiet and peaceful. We stay here on all our trips through Canada. We camped at Tetsa River Regional Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bear Paw RV Park, Valdez, Alaska

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Even though it's a gravel lot, without grass or trees, it is within walking distance to the waterfront, shopping and restaurants. Of the others here in Valdez, we feel this is the best one and are happy with our pull-in site. Sites are close together and very open. We stayed 3 days and would stay here again. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bay Center / Willapa Bay KOA, Bay Center, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

This is a small, but very lovely park with a nice layout, large trees, ferns, and bushes around every campsite. Out site was nice and level and a little higher, so we weren't stepping out in puddles, since we came at a very rainy time of year. There's a 200 yd path to the beach, which includes some steep stairs, but very sturdy and easy to navigate and the view of Willapa Bay is worth taking the stairs! We were greeted with a magnificent sunset the first night we were there. We look forward to coming back. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We camped at Bay Center / Willapa Bay KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Rock Springs / Green River KOA, Rock Springs, Wyoming

Date of Stay: May, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here based on the other reviews people had written, but when we got here we were amazed that anyone could say this was in any way acceptable. Not a blade of grass, tree, bush or anything. The "best" site, which we requested, was so unlevel it was hard to get our trailer set up. Our site is so close to the next one, we could almost reach out our window and touch it. This is the most expensive KOA we've stayed in on this trip, and it is by far the least desirable. We definitely won't be staying again. We camped at Rock Springs / Green River KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Very lovely small campground. It's far enough off the highway that there was very little traffic noise. Spacious sites, well cared for grounds, very friendly and helpful owner. We stayed just one night and would definitely stay there again. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Fifth Wheel.

Nashville KOA, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Our section was a bit cramped with little room between trailers, but the trees and grounds were nice. The dump was uphill and hard to drain, but other sites were better. The people in the office were especially friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 days, and we would stay here again. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
