Friendly lady at check in. Free Wi-Fi, no cable TV but can get several channels over the air.

Very friendly and helpful folks at check in, over all a decent part. I thought it was just a little over priced for a county park. $25 would be a more reasonable price.

Ok place but some of the electrical outlets need replacement. The 30 amp at my side was so loose you had to get it just right and then it would go off. When I mentioned it to the owner he got all bent out of shape and said he had repaired it but I have news for him that outlet hadn't been changed in years.

Like everyone else said. Side by side utilities so your slide out was a few inches from the one next to you. They charged for the key card for the bath rooms and laundry. Wi-Fi worked other than it would keep kicking me out and I would have to re-accept their sign on page

Really clean and nice park. Laundry was clean but small. Wi-Fi was good. Can get few TV stations of the air. Nearly every spot has a shade tree for afternoon shade. Every site has a picknic table that is in good shape and a charcoal BBQ. Not a real busy place. Looks like some place one could stay all summer.

An OK place to stay. Friendly office staff. My site was level. We had water, electric, without sewer. The Wi-Fi was OK most of the time. Sites are gravel with a little patch of grass between each pad. Only problem was it is next to a RR track. Along about 2AM two trains come by with the loudest horns I have ever heard

Very nice park. Friendly owners/managers. The sites are nice, wide long with grass and a little walkway in front. Cable TV was great and the Wi-Fi even worked well. This will be my place to stay in Moab and I have stayed at several others. There is a very nice golf course about a mile away.

Nice long sites. Their Wi-Fi which they said was through the park, well it was so slow it was not worth hooking up to. I even tried it by the office and no better.

Friendly staff. Needs some shade trees. Don't like the way they do the sewer. One hole and you and your neighbor used it. Just lay the hose over the hole. Landry was cheaper than most places. The park is laid out two use the same pedestal. One backs in and the other pulls in

What every one else said. The only thing is their cable TV isn't all that good. I found that if you have a HDTV you can get a lot of channels off the air and a lot better quality. I didn't have to raise my antenna

Very nice park. Spacious spaces - each has a fire ring and table. The spaces are gravel with a concrete slab. People start arriving on Wednesday and by Friday, its pretty full. On Sunday they all leave and the process starts all over again. We stayed there for 18 days.

Nice park and people running it. We called late in the afternoon and they ask how long we were going to stay. I told her 4 nights, I think, but wasn't sure. She said we could talk about it when I arrived. Everything worked. The TV was a little sketchy, but we don't watch much TV anyway. I have my own Wi-Fi, so if theirs worked or not I don't know. The laundry room was clean.

We arrive the morning after it rained most of the night before. It was a muddy mess. Our site had dried out some before we arrived, but still has to use 4 x 4 to keep from spinning the tires on the wet grass. Wi-Fi was so weak at our site it was unusable, cable TV was so-so.

Very nice park. Friendly owners. No cable TV, but can get ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and a few PBS station off antenna. Wi-Fi was limited, they had so much band-width and when that is exceeded it shuts down for 24 hours. Lots of shade and quite.

Nice park with lots of shade and if you're lucky get a spot with a view of the lake. Fishing is free and no license is required. I caught some bass but released them. Host are real friendly. Some sites are tight getting into or out of, but they assign them according to your size and there is a special place for you with the large motorhomes.
