We stayed for a month here. We fell in love with the beautiful area, and the quality of this park made it even better. Pros: beautiful scenery, great staff, paved roads, close to town, on the water, very quiet, excellent Wi-Fi. Cons: Laundry, office, and pool were quite a hike up hill to the office. The cable TV only had about 12 channels, sites are not very level. Despite the cons, we really enjoyed the stay and even considered staying another month. We may return during the winter months, instead.

Oasis RV park was one of the nicer parks we have been to in the USA since full timing. Although there are no trees, no grass, no waterfronts, they more than make up for it in amenities. It is one of the cleanest parks around, with a full time staff of help. They offer RV washing and even have a full size garage and can do repair work. They fixed an AC unit for us, and it did not cost us a penny, as they went through Jayco for the warranty work. They even have a restaurant on premises. It is easy access to Amarillo, and just 1 mile from some great food and sites to see. Their rates were awesome. I highly recommend this park for anyone visiting Amarillo area for overnights, weekly, or even monthly visits. If I had to pick a drawback, it would be the cable TV and Wi-fi seemed pretty "glitchy" and slow.

I would stay again, if I were to return to the Hot Springs area. The Good: Very easy and close access to Hot Springs. Friendly staff. Sites are pretty level and gravel. Plenty of shade. Not crowded Quiet Wi-Fi and Cable TV were both great. The Bad: Not an attractive park at all. Sites are kind of small. Our 35 foot barely fit into our spot, and parking our truck was a little difficult. Access to the lake is not good, unless you have a boat. Most of the campers in the park appear to be long term, and many of the campers appeared empty. Sort of has a mobile home park feel, and didn't seem like camping.

This park has changed ownership in the past few months. We found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The park is very clean. There is a stream, pond, and the very large Osage river within the park, and you can choose a site that borders any of them. The site hookups were excellent, and although the sites are all gravel, we found ours to be within 1 inch of level. Lots of shade on most sites, and the grounds are well kept. There are several Wi-Fi tower/boosters throughout the site, and the Internet connection is decent. For the price, this park can't be beat. Would definitely return.
