Manatee Hammock Campground, Titusville, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

Enjoyed our stay; went out on the pier and tried our hand fishing; the view is one on the best you will find. Site a little hard to get into because of the trees but plenty of room to the next site. We will return again. We camped at Manatee Hammock Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Killens Pond State Park, Felton, Delaware

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, but park is not handicap friendly. No parking at bath house area. About a half mile from my site to bath house, told I would be ticketed if I parked in that area. Have never been in a State park that was not handicap friendly. Park is laid well set up and is very clean. Will not be back again as I am not physically able to walk near that far. We camped in a fifth wheel. We camped at Killens Pond State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate shown is Passport America rate for full hook up. One of the cleanest campgrounds we have been in, shows real work by owners Gave a 10 even without campground having cable TV. No "long term" sites, level sites, easy hook ups, clean restrooms and showers. We will stay again on our return trip. We camped at White Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Water was turned due to cold weather. Still great place to stay. Lots of deer and bear all around the area. Don't feed them! Clean showers an plenty of hot water. Ranger does great job of keeping everything as it should be. We will stay again, soon I hope. We camped at Mahlon Dickerson Reservation in a Fifth Wheel.

Coastal Georgia RV Resort, Brunswick, Georgia

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $18.00

The park is clean and well kept. Service is just something that is not offered. Free TV is not free. They charge $40.00 deposit for a Comcast box. I tried two boxes and both gave a message "not authorized." The staff refused to call Comcast, and suggested I do it. Per Comcast, the Campground needed to call. Per staff: not their job, the owner should take care of the problem. I won't stay again at this campgroun We camped at Coastal Georgia RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The Oaks at Point South, Yemassee, South Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Don't know where last person stayed, but was not here. My only complaint may have been pool was under repair both days we were here. Found no bugs and only normal flies, no problem. Saw several campers eating pizza but heard no comments. Grounds were clean, there were a couple of water filled holes in roadways, but nothing to complain about. Easy to hook up and site was level. Real nice common areas, book exchange, pool table, mini golf, did not try that. Would stay again. We camped at The Oaks at Point South in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Park is great, everything clean and neat. Lake is wonderful to fish or just to sit beside. Rate shown is Passport America. Only drawback is if you want shopping or sightseeing, it means traveling as these are few in this area. That is what we like about it. We camped at Hardridge Creek COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Wishing Well Family Campground, Sunset Beach, North Carolina

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

This is the best kept secret in North Carolina; cleanest campground we have ever been to. Not for someone who wants all the bells and whistles. Large clean restrooms and laundry, no camp store but lots close by. Full hook ups are in among large mature trees, had to hunt to get satellite to work. Sites are very large and level, could park on either side of my camper. Passport America rate is shown. We camped at Wishing Well Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
