Endless Caverns Resort, New Market, Virginia

Date of Stay: May, 2010 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park: had a level, pull through site. I would definitely stay here again. No cable TV, the internet was too slow to use, but was able to use our satellite and did get a few over the air TV stations. This park is built on a hillside and if you need to use the park facilities they are at the bottom of the hill. The regulars at this park have golf carts to get around as it is a hike uphill/downhill. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

Riverbend Campground, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Really liked this park. It was easy in and out. Yes: they only take check, cash or Debit card. Very clean and quiet (yes there is a ballpark across the river but that didn't bother us.) Would definitely stay here again. Had very level concrete pads. Clean moderately priced laundry, all equipment worked well. We camped at Riverbend Campground in a Motorhome.

Savannah South KOA, Richmond Hill, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park with a great staff. A little ride from downtown Savannah but being close to the interstate made it easy to do other site-seeing in the area. Would definitely stay again. The only negative is that there is not any restroom/bath house in the back section. If you plan on using these, then stay in the front section. We camped at Savannah South KOA in a Motorhome.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, Emporia, Virginia

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This park is really a 10 and I would stay here again. But, if trains running nearby every 30 minutes all night bother you, than you would want to stay away. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

RiverRoad RV Park & Horsecamp, Chapel Hill, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a quiet out of the way park.. But not quite what I expected. The website made it look like a busy equestrian park.. I expected to see campers with horses.. but there were none. It's a good idea but wasn't working. This place was just okay.. No cable, no over the air tv, no Sat tv because of the overhead trees. If you are going to Columbia, TN I would not stay again as it was to far away. On the web site I should have noticed the following: "Photos are indicative of the area, not necessarily what you will see at the park." and "Large graveled semi-level lots." What the website didn't show is exactly what this place is like. I felt safe in this out of the way park but other than that.. I can't say anything else. We camped at RiverRoad RV Park & Horsecamp in a Motorhome.
