This scruffy but friendly park provides good utilities (excellent water pressure and very good wi-fi). AT&T phone service worked well but there was no AT&T data service in the area. Most of the park is gravel with little definition between interior roads and sites and some areas are more dirt than rock. Our back-in site was very far from level side to side. Many of the pull-through sites have shade from mature trees. The remote area provides dark skies and quiet; the park provides the ability to visit without roughing it.

This park is directly on a busy highway with a lot of large truck traffic so highway noise was significant. Sites and roads are level gravel with mature trees and well-kept grassy areas at some sites and behind a lot of the back-in sites. Concrete pads and utility locations make many sites narrow and awkward. Basic utilities were good but wi-fi was very slow. AT&T phone and data worked adequately.

When approaching from the east the first entrance to this park is an awkward journey between a cemetery and a private drive past the laundry and restrooms before finding the office. Once there the manager is friendly and helpful. Interior roads are gravel; sites are gravel and follow the slope of the hillside so some are far from level. Mature trees and wide swaths of grass separate most sites. The site dimensions on the parks website include the grassy area so do not accurately reflect the space available for parking an rv and tow vehicle. Basic utilities worked well but there is neither cable nor wi-fi available. AT&T phone and data service worked adequately. Restrooms and showers were worn but clean. There was some highway noise but the park was mostly quiet. Sadly, low reservoir levels make the boat ramp and fishing pier unusable.

This appears to be a fairly new campground and is very nicely maintained. The roads and sites are level gravel and laid out well for ease of access. Trees are small and offer little or no shade. There is good 50 amp service but no water or sewer hookups (water is available in the park and a dump station is available). AT&T phone and data service worked well in the area. Laundry and showers were acceptably clean. The area is quiet and the staff was friendly.

Interior roads and sites are level dirt with gravel. Many of the pull-through sites are side by side. Sites are close together but generously wide roads make maneuverability easy. Many mature trees provide a lot of shade. Electric and sewer were good, water pressure was low, wi-fi was frequently slow but functional, cable was basic but worked well, AT&T phones worked but there was no data service. The restrooms were clean, the laundry was worn but clean. Many sites are permanent and a lot of those are old, sprawling and unkempt. Office hours are rather limited but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Date of Stay:

Sites and roads are level gravel with adequate width for maneuverability. Narrow grass strips separate sites and mature trees provide shade. There are a lot of permanent or seasonal residents but they were not a detriment. Basic utilities worked well; wi-fi was mostly functional; cable worked well; AT&T phone and data were good in the area. Showers and laundry facilities were a bit aged but clean. The staff was very friendly. The fee was $33/night before taxes but with both Good Sam and cash discounts.

This park has gravel interior roads and level gravel sites that are very narrow. It is fairly new and some areas are soft along the edges. The utilities were good but the wi-fi only worked with some of our devices; AT&T phone service was good but data service was poor. There is no shade and a lot of road noise. Facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

This was an easily accessed overnight with level gravel/grass sites and level gravel interior roads. The owners were onsite, helpful and friendly. Basic utilities were good, there was no wi-fi, but AT&T phone and data worked in the area. The local grocery store was within walking distance. We would stay here again.

The friendly and conscientious host (owner?) is very welcoming and provides area information as well as escort to your site. Interior roads are steep, rough and pot-holed. Sites are narrow, gravel, level terraced areas cut into the hillside. Mature trees provide shade at many sites. Many units appear to be old and permanent. Electric worked well, water pressure was low but okay, wi-fi was good, AT&T phone and data signals were fairly good in the area. Though we managed to enter and exit without mishap in our 39' fifth wheel the park is iffy for big rigs.

Date of Stay:

The park has good basic utilities, level gravel sites, a nice rec room, clean restrooms and bargain laundry prices. Occupancy was low at the time of our stay so it was easy to maneuver the gravel interior road and level gravel site. If full, the park would be very, very tight with its side by side hookup arrangement. There are some permanent, older units and a mobile home section as well as a separate tent camping section. Wi-fi was not available away from the office area.

This park continues to provide great value on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Paved interior roads and level gravel sites are easy to maneuver even for very large units. Basic utilities are good but there is no wi-fi, no laundry and no restroom outside of clubhouse hours. Nights are quiet even though the days can be noisy. AT&T phone and data signals are good in the area. We look forward to staying here again.

This park is friendly, well maintained and has a lot to offer. It is easy to access from the highway and to maneuver within. Interior roads are paved; pull-through sites are very wide level gravel separated by concrete sidewalks. Facilities are very clean and attractive with many activities available in the park. Utilities worked well, AT&T phone and data was available in the area. We would be happy to stay here again. The rate reflects a Good Sam discount.

Our visit was free as part of a sales promotion since this is a member only park. The area is very quiet. Interior roads and sites are gravel. Facilities (laundry, restrooms and clubhouse) are old but functionally clean. We had no problem with the electric or sewer but the water pressure was low when present and quit completely part of every day of our stay. Wi-fi was not available at the site.

This wonderful little park provides a great location for visiting the city of Tucson. The park was reasonably easy to access and maneuver within for our 39' fifth wheel, though it could be more of an issue with full occupancy. Interior roads and sites are level concrete with grass between sites. Pool, office and clubhouse were clean and attractive. City noises were present but not obtrusive. Basic utilities worked well, wi-fi was somewhat slow and AT&T phone/data worked well in the area. We look forward to returning.
