The friendly and conscientious host (owner?) is very welcoming and provides area information as well as escort to your site. Interior roads are steep, rough and pot-holed. Sites are narrow, gravel, level terraced areas cut into the hillside. Mature trees provide shade at many sites. Many units appear to be old and permanent. Electric worked well, water pressure was low but okay, wi-fi was good, AT&T phone and data signals were fairly good in the area. Though we managed to enter and exit without mishap in our 39' fifth wheel the park is iffy for big rigs.

Date of Stay:

The park has good basic utilities, level gravel sites, a nice rec room, clean restrooms and bargain laundry prices. Occupancy was low at the time of our stay so it was easy to maneuver the gravel interior road and level gravel site. If full, the park would be very, very tight with its side by side hookup arrangement. There are some permanent, older units and a mobile home section as well as a separate tent camping section. Wi-fi was not available away from the office area.

This park continues to provide great value on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Paved interior roads and level gravel sites are easy to maneuver even for very large units. Basic utilities are good but there is no wi-fi, no laundry and no restroom outside of clubhouse hours. Nights are quiet even though the days can be noisy. AT&T phone and data signals are good in the area. We look forward to staying here again.

This park is friendly, well maintained and has a lot to offer. It is easy to access from the highway and to maneuver within. Interior roads are paved; pull-through sites are very wide level gravel separated by concrete sidewalks. Facilities are very clean and attractive with many activities available in the park. Utilities worked well, AT&T phone and data was available in the area. We would be happy to stay here again. The rate reflects a Good Sam discount.

Our visit was free as part of a sales promotion since this is a member only park. The area is very quiet. Interior roads and sites are gravel. Facilities (laundry, restrooms and clubhouse) are old but functionally clean. We had no problem with the electric or sewer but the water pressure was low when present and quit completely part of every day of our stay. Wi-fi was not available at the site.

This wonderful little park provides a great location for visiting the city of Tucson. The park was reasonably easy to access and maneuver within for our 39' fifth wheel, though it could be more of an issue with full occupancy. Interior roads and sites are level concrete with grass between sites. Pool, office and clubhouse were clean and attractive. City noises were present but not obtrusive. Basic utilities worked well, wi-fi was somewhat slow and AT&T phone/data worked well in the area. We look forward to returning.

The park is on a busy highway and easy to access but experiences a lot of road noise. Maneuvering within the park is easy with level gravel sites and interior roads; there is no shade. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Utilities are functional but water pressure is rather low and wi-fi is slow. AT&T phone and data signals are good in the area. Bathrooms, laundry and office are clean and attractive. The price reflects an Escapees discount. We would stay here again.

The park is easy to access and maneuver within. Sites and interior roads are level gravel. There is no shade but some sites are separated by grassy areas. Proximity to the highway results in nonstop road noise. Basic utilities are good but wi-fi is incredibly slow. AT&T phone service is good at the park but data service is only fair. The price reflects a Passport America discount.

The park is neat, clean and new looking with generous grassy areas separating sites. There are no trees or shade. Interior roads and pads are concrete. Restrooms, clubhouse and laundry are clean. The laundry is free but frustratingly slow. The park is generally very quiet but missile testing at nearby Fort Sill provides occasional rumbles that may rattle the trailer. Utilities, including wi-fi, are good. Utilities are toward the back of the pull-through sites while patio areas are toward the front. Some pull-throughs have significant slopes at the back leaving you to choose between the level area with patio or the ability to hook up. The rate is weekly. We would stay here again.

This park is easily accessed from the highway and is easy to maneuver within. Interior roads and sites are gravel; solid but a little muddy. The friendly owners live on site. Basic utilities were good but the wi-fi was slow. The park is located in a bit of a hollow which protects it from the wind and road noise but make AT&T reception weak. Muted train whistles could be heard throughout the night and day. The rate includes a Passport America discount.

Date of Stay:

The heavily treed campground has gravel interior roads and pads that are not very level either side to side or back to front. Electric and sewer utilities were good, water pressure was low and wi-fi dropped frequently but recovered quickly. AT&T voice and data signals were weak but functional. The park was largely unoccupied during our stay so was peaceful and quiet. The rate reflects a Passport America discount.

The park is easy to access and maneuver within. Roads are a mixture of gravel and paved; sites are level concrete with attached patio areas and gravel aprons for parking. There are many mature trees for shade but staff was helpful about site selection for satellite reception. Utilities were mostly good though wi-fi was only fair. AT&T phone and data signals were good. Restrooms and laundry were clean. Road noise is present but not horrible. Recent or ongoing construction in the park has created muddy hazards at some sites. The rate reflects a Good Sam discount. We would stay here again.

This park has mostly long-term residents with a few very unkempt units. Dog etiquette is not enforced so feces may be anywhere. Most sites have side by side hookups. Interior roads are a terrible with very lumpy pavement but sites are of good concrete with attached concrete patio areas and of adequate length for big rigs. The sites are not necessarily level from side to side but they are smooth. Picnic tables and fire rings are provided. Utilities are reliable but water pressure is somewhat low and Wi-Fi is sluggish. AT&T phone and data reception are functional. The park is in a quiet rural setting and the owners are friendly. The rate is monthly.

This park provides good utilities, including wi-fi. Interior roads are gravel, pull-through sites are level gravel and of adequate length for big rigs. There are some trees in the pull-through section; the long-term section of the park appears to be more shaded. AT&T phone and data reception is strong in the area. The park is easy to access from the highway. The friendly owners live on-site.

As on previous visits the utilities are good, Wi-Fi worked well, interior roads and concrete sites are easy to maneuver and AT&T phone/data signal is available in the area. The grounds, restrooms and laundry are clean and attractive. No reservations are accepted and the price, even with a Good Sam discount, is considerably higher than in previous years.
