Very well run campground. Office staff are excellent. Grounds are well maintained. Jumping pillow is new installation since our stay last year. Weather didn't co-operate with us again this stay, so we can't comment on the pool. The big pull-throughs provide ample space and new picnic tables. Overall is fairly quiet despite the train off in the distance, not loud enough to be disturbing. Look forward to staying again.

The more I come here, the more I love the place. People are friendly, pool is nice and cold. WIFI and Cable at your site. At this price, what's to complain about?

Rate reflects this weekend's 2 for 1 VKR special. Great campground. Grounds well kept, nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Close proximity to 401, but no road noise. Occasional train in the distance. Freshmart grocery store within walking distance. Dog really enjoyed the fenced in dog park. Never been a real fan of KOA parks, but this is the 2nd we've stayed at this summer and they're growing on me. A lot of activities for all ages. Will stay again.

Excellent, excellent stay. We just came back from a weekend in Massena, our 3rd time here. WiFi is no longer only at the office, they have an antenna in the east and west of the campground. We had site 26A and the wifi was fairly strong, but occasionally we couldn't get on. Not a big deal, sure beats having to sit in front of the office when we needed it. Considering the price and fairly large sites, I don't think you can get better than this. Although this is the only place we've been to 3 times, we will be planning on staying here much more often and for longer stays.

After a record rainfall for 2 days prior to our arrival, the campground was quite swampy. However, won't fault the campground for the weather. An improvement that could be made, however, is to either pave the main road in the campground or use gravel. Wet weather made it a little slippery to walk on the packed sand road. Great campground with excellent staff that made our stay very enjoyable. Very inexpensive to rent a canoe or paddleboat and activities for the entire family. Great gameroom and pool. Can't ask for more!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Loved the weekend we spent here. Didn't have sewer hookup on site, but for just a weekend wasn't an issue. Not all sites have sewer. Washrooms and showers are clean. Shower stall is small, but gives you the room you need. Well stocked store. Picturesque campground. Wi-Fi only around the office. Staff are incredible. Takes Canadian at par if you pay cash, which is a bonus for me. Much more Canadians here than Americans, which surprised me. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed for 12 nights on site 111 once again. We love being right beside the ocean. Seems like they have curbed some of the noise issues we experienced last time, a couple of years ago. There certainly was not as much teenager screaming along the beach road, although the golf carts driving around blaring their music as loud as they can, does get tiring after a while. I think they need to start taking some control over this issue, much like if a camper is blaring their music throughout the campground. Unfortunately, the only carts with music in them are the permanent residents (not the rentals they rent, and they don't allow sort term rentals to bring in their own carts), so I doubt they'll do much. Overall, another very nice vacation.

Great stop on our way south to Myrtle Beach. Rate reflects senior discount as we had my elderly mother with us. Simple little campground. Friendly owners guide you right to your spot. Pretty sure all sites are pull-through. Had an electrical issue in the motorhome and the office gave me a card for an incredibly honest technician (The RV Doctor), who showed up after hours and fixed me up within minutes and wanted only a minimal fee. Very pleased with this stop and will be stopping again on the way home.

Rate reflects Passport America discount. Great park. Amenities were perfect. A great end to our tour of Florida. Sites were roomy, by comparison to the other parks we visited. The way the park is built, it seems like every site is close to the facilities. Despite it's proximity to Destination Daytona, this park was very quiet. Wi-Fi is provided by a 3rd party, which I don't particularly care for. But, despite that, I will stay again.

Rate reflects Passport America discount. A 'nice' park, but not really a 'great' park. Facilities are a little run down. Don't like the shower curtains used as toilet stall doors: very uncomfortable feel. Having to push a button almost every 15 seconds or so for shower water grew a little tiring. The pull-through sites in the middle of the park are tight: felt like I was crowding my neighbor when I put out the slide. Not sure I'd stay here again, considering no pool. The swimming area left a little to be desired.

Excellent park. I usually don't stay at KOA's, but decided on this one to take advantage of the free Disney shuttle. The amenities were perfect. Washrooms and showers were always clean. Despite not being particularly fond of KOAs, I will definitely consider staying again.

Where to start? Let's start with the reservation. Now, I made my reservation on Thursday. Not bad, that they had a spot for this great weather weekend for me. I mentioned that I was a Passport America member, knowing that they do not accept the discount before August 15, but the guy who recorded the reservation, told me they would accept it anyway. GREAT! I make my reservation. The check in, being a busy weekend, was havoc. Lined up all the way to the main road, I walked up to the check-in booth. Being about 6th in line, there are vehicles that pull up past the STOP sign and park right at the access gate and line up. Well: how are all these people standing in line, going to get in, now that buddy at the back of the line is now blocking the gate? Great. I finally get to check in, and the girl who is checking my in advises that the person who took the reservation was wrong and that they will not accept the PA discount, "during the summer." I ask her when else are we supposed to be camping in Ontario? Not about to turn back home after 2+ hours, I check in. Girl at the check-in gives me the wrong site number. The site #'s are very difficult to find and there isn't really all that much room to be maneuvering a 35+ foot RV around. I get to the site and there is already another camper in it. Great. #2 Finally get my correct site and head back. Nice site, kind of unlevel, FHU with the sewer, in the front of the site? I don't know anyone who would have a hose that long. Great. #3 The pool was great. Weather was awesome. They kick all the kids out of the pool for an adult swim from 2pm to 3pm. Everyone leaves and there was no one there. I'm not sure if anyone was there for that hour, but it seemed to be a waste to throw the kids out if there are no adults here to swim. They could have gone around and checked the 20 or so people here, who were all with kids, if any would stay for the adult only swim. Overall, an experience that tells me that I won't be back to this park.

Found a little jewel while searching for a place to stay for a 12-night vacation in PEI. I was not disappointed in Lane's Cottages. Mostly cottages, but they have 5 level concrete pads for RVers with FHU. Unfortunately, while installing the concrete pads, the cables for the cable TV were cut in the process, but cable is still available at some sites. Mention it to them and they will do everything they can to make sure it's available for you when you arrive. The price quoted to me ($32/night) included cable and their Wi-Fi service. Montague itself if a little bit away from the main city of Charlottetown, and far from the most 'touristy' area of the island (Cavendish), but it has it's little town charm, peace and quiet while still having easy access to groceries and all the necessities you need. On-site ice-cream shop and direct access to an incredible bike/walking trail. There is also a marina directly below the property for those who like to kayak/canoe or bring your own boat. Overall, a perfect place to spend a peaceful vacation on PEI.

This is our 'home park'. Only 15 minutes drive from home. We will spend many weekends here. Tennis courts are older. There is a playground for the kids. There are open sites (no trees) available if you want to use satellite: you might want to mention that when checking in or making a reservation. The pool is great, but the hot tub was not working. Not sure if it has ever worked. Water slides outside haven't worked for at least a decade. The first time we visited was about 10 years ago and they didn't work then. Pretty basic park. Very quiet and enjoyable experience. If you don't have a towed vehicle, closest grocery store is a 15 minute walk away.

Stayed here one night enroute to an oceanside site in Myrtle Beach. Next time, I'll allow more time to spend here. Can't argue with the price for FHU. Has plenty of shops, and good food across the street. I don't recall seeing a pool, but it was too cool to have enjoyed it anyway. Will definitely stay here again.
