Very clean campground with many seasonal sites but they're newer rigs and the sites are well maintaned. Wireless internet was free and had no problems in our area. This is a large campground and is run very smoothly. The store is well stocked and the staff was extremely helpful and professional, prices were not bad either. Kids enjoyed the MIni Grand Prix event and I liked the home show expo (too bad more didn't show, probably due to the weather). We also saw lots of playground areas for the kids, not just swings and a sliding board either. This is also a very quiet campground with good sized sites. I may have given them a ten but it pouring on most of our visit so we didn't use too much of the campground, so I can't rate on things we didn't use. I can't wait to come back here.

We were here for the BOGO free weekend. New owners took over this campground. You can see that they have been busy fixing apparently numerous problems. Place was very clean. The staff and owners were accommodating and friendly. I felt as we were nickeled and dimed for everything (4 ice creams bars from the freezer for $12.00, bit expensive), $5.00 to do a craft, over $20.00 for pancake breakfast for 4 (they cooked them on a grill outside on a very windy day, leaves cooked in first batch of pancakes, miniature golf was $3.50 person (pretty beat area). Wasn't really much to do here. Playground was not much and they only had minigolf. The pool not opened and being repaired. Internet signal was bad and we were close to the store. Kids were bored and we took alot of naps. I hope the owners put some more work into the place. They seem dedicated and are trying. May try this campground in a few years, to see.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend. The staff was very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. There were plenty of fun events going on. Lots of activities at no cost: 2 bands, bingo, crafts, hay ride, Men's beauty pageant, breakfast events and more. This is why we did not rate it lower. The pool was very small. Numerous sites were extremely unlevel, one class A's front wheels were at least 2 feet off the ground. We were in section E, a very quiet area. Fortunately for us our section was the only one who had water on Sunday. Also, sewage problems, we were barely able to empty tanks because of trickling effect. Internet was only available in the store and adult lounge, was out Sunday due to campground issues, not the internet provider. Jungle Gym in our section was not taken care of, weeds, mud inside and somebody's clothing. Adult lounge's projection TV was old and needed new charge or something, generally I was the only one in there because of the Internet. Most of the buildings looked as if they've been let go. Numerous campers told us usually nobody comes to this campground and they've never had this many people here. There were two tiny sites left in our section. Everyone we ran into was complaining about their sites and lack of upkeep at this campground. As for the gun sounds, we heard them a few times, but no big deal but we were the farthest away. As a note, you must pick your own site so arrive early and have somebody stay at the spot you picked so somebody doesn't take it. We will not be returning: if this is what Outdoor World has to offer, we won't be signing up.
