This is an older RV park with small sites. There are no pull through sites. You will have to back in. It is conveniently located just off I-5 and gives good access to many north Seattle attractions. It is not a quiet and peaceful location but is better than the other Everett RV parks. Most of the occupants are full time or long term but they are required to keep up their sites. The park has one small laundry and bathroom facility. No real common or grass areas but it does have some trees and shrubs. The Wi-Fi was not usable. The management is very friendly and attentive.

You will not find a nicer RV park in Everett. It is well managed and maintained. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are very clean. The park has easy access to Interstate 5, shopping and dining. This is an older park, built on a sloping hill. It is not just a "parking lot". Sites are close for modern day expandable RV's but have privacy shrubs. There is ample room to navigate and park. Many of the residence are on temporary work assignments with Boeing. Few if any children and pets are not allowed to be a nuisance.

Made reservation one day prior to arrival and just for one nights stay. We arrived after dark and in a rain/snow storm. The check in process was quick and easy. They had a very nice gentleman walk us to our site even though it was a miserable December night. We only hooked up to power but the site was very level and all amenities were in place. Pull through with plenty of room to maneuver. Only negative was the WI-FI. Started out slow and then quit altogether. Used our Verizon wireless which had lots of signal. Given its remote location we believed this park to be better than many in nicer locations. Would stay again and hope the WI-FI issue gets resolved.

Very nice place to stay if you are traveling through or visiting long term. Owners live on site and entire park is maintained to perfection. We did not see full time residents like you see in many other RV Parks. Park is located within walking distance of Sumpter and is tied into an extensive trail system available for walking, mountain biking or atv's. All sites have ample shade provided by many mature pine trees.

Very nice park. Clean and well manicured grounds. Lots of nice large shade trees. Easy access with mostly "pull through" sites. Not far off interstate but noise not an issue. Friendly staff. They appear to have some long term guests, but this was not an issue.
