We found Gulf Breeze RV Resort to be very nice. We experienced no rudeness from the staff. In fact, the two ladies in the office could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The sites were concrete and level. Gulf Breeze is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The TV cable and Wi-Fi worked great. The park has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, nice clubhouse, fishing pond, and playground. There is a mixture of travel trailers, 5th wheels, RVs, and park models. With it's pools, fishing ponds, and playground, Gulf Breeze is a good location for families.

We stayed at Indian Creek Park (ICP) for one month during "season". It is a large park with numerous snow birds (for the season) and many permanent residents. Definitely a large money making operation. The location is great, very close to the beach and shopping. The roads are narrow to the sites; however, we were escorted to our site with no problem. Staff and residents alike were very friendly and accommodating. There are activities galore. You will not be bored at ICP. The grounds and facilities were well kept, except that each time I visited the laundry, at least two dryers were inoperable. Thus, you had to wait in line for the next available working dryer. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are offered at an extra cost. We paid $30 for Wi-Fi access for the month, but were disappointed. It was very slow, at best, and sometimes did not work at all. We were told there was no charge for electric for stays of one month or less; however, were presented with an electric bill over two weeks after departing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but did not like the hidden costs.

We stayed for 4 nights in the newer section of the park which offers 50 amp service and sewer hookups. The older loop has only 30 amp service and no sewer hookups. Our site was concrete, very spacious, but with no grass and no shade. Immediately off of the concrete, the lots were covered in sand spurs, which made walking a dog very difficult. We asked to move to another site which offered more shade (the temps were 90 degree plus), but the park rangers said the site we wanted to move to would not be available for the entire period of our stay so we stayed put. As it turned out, that site remained empty throughout our stay. The beach area was beautiful and was a good hike (or bike ride) from our site. When walking our dog one night, we encountered a huge snake; however, we didn't hang around long enough to determine if it was venomous. The park is very near the tourist areas of Hwy 30A (i.e., Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain, etc.) which offers shopping and restaurants, but are a bit pricey. There are two Publix supermarkets close by (one within 2 miles and another about 4 miles). Destin is within 20 miles and Panama City Beach approx. 30 miles from the park. We probably will not return to this park during this time of year due to the lack of shade and grass, and because of the presence of black and yellow flies.

We spent 10 days at Gulf Waters while visiting family in the area. The park was almost empty during July, which made it very quiet and private. We had a choice of many sites, all of which were very large, and most of which were beautifully landscaped by their owners. The pool was crystal clear and clean, and it was nice to have it all to ourselves each time we wanted a swim. In the winter months, they have a small cafe and tiki bar open. Laundry facilities were the best I've seen. The maintenance crew were on the ball and kept all grass cut and the resort looking spic and span. The park is within biking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores. Abundant shopping, including an outlet mall, was within a 5 minute drive. The park is very convenient to both Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. We checked out all RV parks in the Ft Myers Beach area, and this was by far the best; however, also the most expensive. We are returning in the winter for two months, and would have loved to stay at Gulf Waters; however, they have a 3 month minimum (Jan-Mar) and were already booked.

We took advantage of Lazydays' first time visitor promotion which included two free nights at their RV park. We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and will return. It is easy on/off I-4 or I-75. We had no problem backing our 35' Class A MH into the site. We were in and completely hooked up in less than 10 minutes. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. Breakfast and lunch is included with site rental. The food is not gourmet, but it is served in the Lazydays Cafe, which is very comfortable, cool, and tastefully decorated. Lazydays staff could not have been friendlier. Due to the free promotion of two free nights, we thought there may be a sales push, but no one pressured us in any way. In fact, everyone went out of their way to welcome us to Lazydays. Because of this, we would be very inclined to return to Lazydays to buy a MH when/if we decide to trade. My only suggestion would be that they cut their grass more often.

We have stayed at Luxury RV Park in our motorhome on several occasions and truly enjoy it's proximity to the beach, recreation, and shopping, all of which are within walking distance from the park. The staff is very friendly, and the grounds well-maintained. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because there is not a lot of shade or grass. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone visiting the Gulf Shores area.

This is an absolutely "luxurious" RV park. The amenities and facilities are the best you will find. The sites are very spacious and are limited to motor coaches only. The pool and clubhouse were beautifully decorated/landscaped and were immaculate. A fitness center, sauna, movie theater, (limited) library, and massage therapy is available in the clubhouse area. One of the perks (if you are a dog lover) is a separate, large, fenced in dog park. Employees of Bella Terra are the most courteous, professional, and friendly that you will meet. Though, we were initially hesitant due to the $$$ of the sites, we found that the price was definitely equal to the quality. If you need a getaway with a spa-like atmosphere, Bella Terra is the place to go. We will return.
