Twin Islands Campsite, Roscoe, New York

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Over-run by seasonals who keep their sites littered with trash. 15 amp service. They don't allow tote tanks - but will charge $8 for their dumping service. Bathroom garbage had something dying in it - was never emptied during our week-long stay. Young couple took over from father, office was never open during the week. Roscoe NY is adorable - this place is a dump. We camped at Twin Islands Campsite in a Travel Trailer.

American RV Resort, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2005 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean, though quite militant about dogs. Dogs must be kept inside the trailer, and walked directly to the pet area and then back to the trailer. Sign out front says they're against islamic terrorism (does that mean other kinds of terrorism are ok?). We camped at American RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
